Motsu Nikomi（for 4 servings）
500 g Buta Motsu
50 g konjac
50 g white konjac
50 g Menma
1/2 head onion
2 clove garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp salad oil
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp sake, mirin, soy sauce
60 g miso
1 tbsp sugar
800 ml water
1 tbsp miso
some green onion
