Creamy Salted Egg Yolk Calamari (Squid/Sotong) Recipe 咸蛋奶油苏东
Ingredients:
Serves 4 pax

140g (4.93 oz) calamari - cut into rings
3 salted egg yolk - raw (use egg white of 1 salted egg to marinate the calamari. Steam all egg yolks)
Some cornflour (cornstarch)
30g butter
3 cloves garlic - chopped
2 sprigs of curry leaves (you can use 0.5 tsp of curry powder or dried curry leaves)
3 bird eye chilli - chopped (optional)
300ml (10.14 fl oz) evaporated milk (Carnation milk)
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar

在槟城可以吃到不同口味的pizza .本来我们是要去吃榴莲pizza ，但是没有了。我们就点了【海南鸡饭pizza , 鸭肉pizza 和东炎pizza.】他们还有Cheese pizza是可以拉很长的还有一个著名的咸蛋Pizza .咸蛋sotong 吃得多，pizza 吃过吗？
他们普通pizza 价格是两个regular是RM50多，蘑菇汤和饮料。
