神奈川県横浜市『ラーメンショップ岡津店』にお邪魔してきました！お店は相鉄線「緑園都市駅」か「弥生台駅」からバスで向かうと10分ほどの場所にあります！立地から車で来る方も多いようで、朝6時から絶品ラーメンが食べられるとあり、朝から人が途切れないお店です！ラーメンショップはFC展開しており、本州、四国、九州など全国に300店舗以上お店があります。FC展開なのにメニューや作り方などが各店舗に任されており、店ごとの個性が違うのが特色！家系を作り上げた吉村実氏がかつて修行していたことでも知られ、その流れから『家系のルーツ』とも言われます！基本は豚骨に醤油を加えたスープがベースで、ごま油と「クマノテ」とよばれる独自調味料で味付けされた「ネギラーメン」が看板！ラーメンには基本背脂がチャッチャと振られ、かなりガツンとくるこってりラーメンですがは豚骨の臭みなく仕上げてあるのはさすがの職人技！それでは動画をご覧ください！

I visited "Ramen shop Okatsu store" in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture! The shop is about 10 minutes by bus from Sotetsu Line Midorien-Shito Station or Yayoi Station! The ramen shop is operated by FC, and there are more than 300 shops nationwide such as Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu. Even though it is an FC development, the menus and how to make are left to each store, and each store has a unique character! It is also known that Mr. Minoru Yoshimura, who created the Iekei-ramen, once practiced, and from that flow it is also called the "roots of the IEKEI"! The basis is soup made by adding soy sauce to pork bones, and the signboard is "Negira Ramen," which is seasoned with sesame oil and a unique seasoning called "kumanote"! The basic back fat is shaken in the ramen, and it is a very ramen, but it is truly a craftsmanship that is finished without the smell of pork bones! Then watch the video!
