標題[問題] 無法更新/移除battle net跟主程式

某天想啟動時就發現更新卡住無法進入battle.net，
若直接啟動battle.met則顯示"找不到必要的DLL"，
照著官網的建議操作移除安裝資料夾後，再重新安裝battle.net也無效
都會卡在更新battle.net update agent這項
改嘗試從設定中移除星海主程式或ballte.net，但也顯示異常無法移除程式
最常見的故障代碼是BLZBNTBNU00000006

簡單來說，開啟遊戲後就卡在更新，若要移除主程式或ballte.net也都會無法移除
直接安裝主程式或battle.net也同樣卡住

請問有版友知道該如何處理嗎?

→ coke5130: 進入，更早以前有次在還沒有battle.net程式時，是用大腳 10/13 00:15
→ coke5130: 程式直接進去的(不過現在應該無效了)。這兩次最後都是重 10/13 00:15
