ニンニク：3片（30g）
大根おろしの搾り汁（又は水）：100㏄
焼肉のたれ：60㏄×2
ごま油：大さじ1

Yakiniku Stamina Hot Pot(for 2 servings)
420 g beef
320 g cabbage
160 g bean sprouts
1/2 bundle Chinese chives( 60 g)
1/2 carrot( 50 g)
1/2 onion(60 g)
3 cloves garlic( 30 g)
100 ml Daikon juice ( or water)
60 ml ×2 Yakiniku no Tare
1 tbsp sesame oil
