跟人皮面具和傑森一樣，麥克邁爾斯也是戴著面具的連環殺手，第一次出場是在1978 年的血腥恐怖片《月光光心慌慌》，是知名的恐怖片和科幻片導演約翰卡本特所拍攝。六歲的麥克在1963 年萬聖節用菜刀殺死十幾歲的姊姊後，被送進精神病院，15 年後逃離醫院，回到他曾住過的社區進行瘋狂大屠殺，同樣選在萬聖節這天。他在當地一家商店偷走一個白色面具和一把刀後，殺了幾個青少年，後來被他的精神病醫生魯米斯槍斃。但邁爾斯是殺不死的。在《月光光心慌慌2》中，他又回來進行大屠殺，最後又被殺掉，每一部續集都如此重複。還有什麼比殺不死的連環殺手更可怕呢？
Like Leatherface and Jason, Michael Myers is a serial killer in a mask. We first meet the murderer in the 1978 slasher film Halloween , shot by famous horror and science fiction director John Carpenter. After six-year-old Michael murders his teenage sister with a kitchen knife on Halloween in 1963, he’s committed to a mental hospital, from which he escapes 15 years later and goes on a killing spree in his old neighborhood, also on Halloween. Stealing a white mask and knife from a local store, he kills several teenagers before being shot dead by his psychiatrist, Dr. Loomis. But Myers can’t be killed. He returns for another killing spree in Halloween II , before again being killed at the end, a process that repeats in each sequel that follows. What’s scarier than a serial killer that can’t be killed?
