京都ラーメンにこだわった新店！神奈川県川崎市『京都ラーメン 森井(MORRY)』に伺いました。「京都ラーメン」というと1944年に創業した京都駅近くの「新福菜館」から始まり、1949年創業背脂チャッチャ系の始まりといわれる「ますたに」、そして1971年に屋台から創業した「天下一品」など錚々たる歴史のあるラーメン文化があります。実はこってり濃厚な味わいを持つ「京都ラーメン」にこだわって、国内だけでなくゆくゆくは海外出店も視野に入れているという自慢の1杯を頂きましたので、早速ご覧ください！

A new store that is particular about Kyoto ramen! We visited "Kyoto Ramen Morii (MORRY)" in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. "Kyoto ramen" starts with "Shinpuku Saikan" near Kyoto Station, which was founded in 1944, "Masutani", which is said to be the beginning of the backfat chatcha system founded in 1949, and "Tenkaippin", which was founded from a stand in 1971. There is a ramen culture with a long history such as "one dish". In fact, we are particular about "Kyoto ramen", which has a rich and rich taste, and we are proud to say that we are considering opening stores not only in Japan but also overseas, so please have a look!
