材料:
吞拿魚蛋黃醬:吞拿魚 1罐,蛋黃醬 4 tbsp,砂糖 1/2 tbsp,胡椒粉 適量
飯堡:飯 2.5碗,紫菜 250g,麻油 2 tbsp,芝麻 3 tbsp,鹽 適量
油,韓國牛肉餅 1.5片,吉列豬扒醬 1 tbsp,醃蘿蔔
做法:
1. 開油鑊炒韓國牛肉餅粒
2. 將吞拿魚,蛋黃醬,砂糖,胡椒粉拌勻
3. 將飯,紫菜,麻油,芝麻,鹽拌勻,搓成飯堡
4. 在飯堡上加入吞拿魚蛋黃醬,韓國牛肉餅,吉列豬扒醬,醃蘿蔔,吞拿魚蛋黃醬,飯堡

※ Ingredients:
2+1/2bowl Rice, 1can Tuna, 1+1/2 Grilled Short Rib Patties, Chopped Radish Pickle, 1Tbsp Cutlet Sauce
- Rice Seasoning: 1 Seasoned Seaweed, 2Tbsp Sesame Oil, 3Tbsp Sesame Seed, Salt
- Mayonnaise Tuna Salad: 4tbsp Mayonnaise, 1/2Tbsp Sugar, Pepper
※ Preparation:
1. Oil the frying pan and sauté the sliced grilled short rib patty in a low heat with lid on.
2. Mix rinsed canned tuna with mayonnaise, sugar, and pepper.
3. Mix cooked rice with seaweed, sesame oil, sesame seed, and salt.
4. On a board, make a 3cm thick circular shaped patty and spread mayonnaise tuna salad.
5. Place 1Tbsp grilled short rib patty, cutlet sauce, 1Tbsp radish pickle, mayonnaise tuna salad again and rice dough.
