Chill Sunday Brunch✨假日在家裡悠閒的做一份早午餐就是最幸福的事情,依然是專情的吃好市多的義式雞胸,快吃完了,思考著下一週的蛋白質要買什麼好~🤔今天搭配的是第一次吃的馬可先生伯爵奶酥貝果,用氣炸鍋烤的酥酥香香的,他的麵包體好香,一咬下去滿口伯爵茶的香氣,搭配撒上卡宴辣椒粉和淋上紫蘇油的雞胸,格外的美味!好喜歡!搭配增加纖維質的好市多買的有機彩色花椰菜,灑一點莓果、黑麥片,擺上自家種的可愛薄荷葉,幸福如此簡單~能夠好好靜下心慢慢悠閒的享受自己做的餐點,就是最大的幸福,我想愛下廚的你知道我在說什麼!:)

One of the best thing in life is to make a delicious brunch for myself and take my time to enjoy it ! Life is so short … Recently I have been thinking about what is my life purpose? It is a hard question , and I still not find the answer yet.. but deep down I know it is time to make a decision , it is time to change! fulfill my true desire .. not settle for 3D world and believe that I have ability to create a heaven the I love for myself 🙂 and … keep sharing positive energy for sure!
