X beseri kek puding akak ari ni..sbb x bekilat..lupa pulak nak sruh EnSomi bli majerin..majerin yg dok ada pon cukop untuk kek ja..walaupon x beseri akak nak tayang gak na..maaf la klu x helok..😊

BAHAN untuk kek keladi..
4biji telur..
1stengah cwn tepung gandum..
1cwn gula..blend
1sb ovelet..
1sk baking..
1sk perisa keladi..
2sb majerin..cairkan
Pewana..
CARAnya.
Satukan semua bahan kecuali tepung majerin n pewana..mixer sampai kembang n jd putih gebu..pastu tuang tepung mixer sebati pastu tuang majerin yg dcairkan mixer sbati pastu bahagikan kepada 2..yg satu bancuhan tu biar kosong n satu lg tu boh bewana ungu..kemudian boleh la bakar suhu 180 dlm masa 45minit..klu x masak lebihkan masa ya..kadang oven ni lain2 caranya..kek ni boleh ja klu nak kukus..klu kukus dlm 30 minit camtu..bila dah masak keluarkan n sejukkan..sbb nant kita nak tuang bancuhan puding..

10g agar2 tali..
4cwn air..
Stengah cwn gula..
Stengah cwn susu cair..
Stengah cwn santan..
Stengah cwn tepung kastard..
1biji telur..
2sb majerin..
Skit garam..
1sk perisa keladi..

Masak agar2 besama 4 cwn air..sementara nak tunggu agar2 hancur..satukan susu cair santan telur garam tepung kastard..blend sampai sbati..pastu ketepikan..bila agar2 dah hancur tuang gula perisa keladi majerin n bancuhan blend td..kacau agak2 panas dah boleh tutup api..bahagikan kepada 2 pastu wanakan dia..klu boleh bagi puding tu sejuk skit baru tuang atas kek na..masa nak tunggu sujuk tu jgn pulak dok biar..kena la rajin kacau2..bukan apa takut di keras pulak..nak corak puding tu pandai2 la ya..akak main curah ja..maklomla x berapa nak cerdik..hehehe..tunggu puding sejuk n keras baru potong tau..

Pon Bebels and Cooks with Moe
Recipe: Singgang Bawal Putih (White Pomfret Sour Soup) (From The Malay Kitchen Book)

Ingredients:
50g yellow onions, cut into slices
10g garlic cloves, cut into slice
20g fresh tumeric , shredded (I didn't have any, so use 1/4 tsp tumeric powder)
2 fresh red chillies, cut into thin strips
2 fresh green chillies, cut into thin strips
30gm cooking oil (I used grapeseed oil)
2 dried tamarind pieces, rinsed or 40gm tamarind paste (I like mine sour, so I would have added another tamarind piece)
2tsp salt ( I used my homemade stock)
1/2 sugar
700gm water
700-800g pomfrets (approx 2 small pomfrets) diagonally halved across the fins
Preparation:
1. Place yellow onions, garlic cloves, ginger, tumeric, red chillies, green chillies and cooking oil into mixing bowl, saute 4mins / 120c / speed 1
2. Add dried tamarind pieces, salts, sugar and water. Boil 8min/ 100c/ speed 1
3. Add pomfrets, cook 2 mins 30 secs / Varoma / Reverse Mode / Speed spoon. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Serve hot

冬菇 適量 Shiitake Mushrooms
薑 1 Ginger
紹興酒 10ml Shaoxing Wine
冬菇水 500ml Shiitake Mushrooms Water
雞湯 500ml Chicken Broth
砂糖 5g Sugar
蠔油 20g Oyster Sauce
豉油 10g Soy Sauce
西生菜 ½ Lettuce
粟粉 適量 Corn Starch
水 適量 Water
麻油 適量 Sesame Oil
1.冬菇洗淨預先浸泡一晚
2.冬菇去蒂備用
3.薑去皮後炒香
4.加入冬菇及紹興酒炒香
5.冬菇水過篩倒入鍋裡
6.加入雞湯,砂糖,蠔油及豉油拌勻後以中小火炆煮1小時
7.煮沸水,加入鹽,油及生菜煮熟盛起
8.將冬菇鋪在已拖水的生菜上面
9.粟粉及水拌勻後倒入鍋裡
10.加入麻油煮勻收汁,淋在冬菇上,完成

低筋麵粉 50g Cake Flour
雞蛋 2 Eggs
砂糖 80g Sugar
鹽 1pinch Salt
無鹽牛油 10g Unsalted Butter
淡忌廉(鮮奶油) 180g Whipping Cream
士多啤梨 9 Strawberries
1.麵粉過篩
2.分開蛋黃及蛋白
3.叮溶牛油備用
4.蛋白,分次加入25g砂糖打發至挺身
5.蛋黃,25g砂糖及鹽打發至淡黃色
6.混合蛋白霜及蛋黃漿,輕輕拌勻
7.加入已過篩的麵粉輕輕拌勻
8.加入溶化牛油拌勻後將麵糊用唧袋裝起
9.平底鍋掃上油,將麵糊唧成合適大小,加蓋以中小火煎至成形
10.將蛋糕反面,完成後凹成U形待涼後放入雪櫃冷藏
11.士多啤梨洗淨去蒂,五粒切半,四粒切四
12.淡忌廉及30g砂糖打發至挺身,用唧袋裝起,放入雪櫃冷藏
13.在蛋糕凹位唧入一行忌廉,放入士多啤梨後再唧滿忌廉
14.忌廉表面鋪上士多啤梨,完成
