2020 #APEC經濟領袖會議 結束後，正式宣布 #紐西蘭 為 #APEC_2021 主辦 #經濟體，身為主辦經濟體，紐西蘭宣布今年度主題--「攜手協作，共同成長 (Haumi ē, Hui ē, Tāiki ē.)」，期許各經濟體攜手合作面對挑戰、回復成長軌道 (ง๑ •̀_•́)ง

#New_Zealand, one of the twelve founding members of APEC, assumes the role of host in 2021, taking the leadership from Malaysia, the host of APEC 2020.
As the host economy, New Zealand has announced theme for APEC 2021 and its APEC host year priorities with a focus on responding to the economic impacts of COVID-19.

In the wake of the unprecedented health and economic crisis caused by COVID-19, 2021 is an opportunity to reignite growth and set a plan for a resilient recovery. There has never been a more important time for economies to join and work together to share, discuss, rebuild and recover our growth trajectory.

【TIFA即將召開 台美經貿關係更深化】
行政院政務委員鄧振中與美國貿易代表戴琪（Katherine Tai）於6/10 進行視訊會議，同意將在未來數週內召開 #第11屆台美 #貿易暨投資架構協定（Trade and Investment Framework Agreement, TIFA）會談。
戴琪大使強調台美經貿及投資關係的重要性，也表達美方願意持續與台灣在亞太經合會(APEC)、世界貿易組織(WTO)等多邊國際組織中進行合作。
台灣是美國的第九大貿易夥伴，美國是台灣的第二大貿易夥伴，TIFA更是台美間討論重要經貿議題的諮商平台，外交部高度歡迎並支持台美決定在近期重新召開TIFA會談，台美經貿關係緊密友好！

台美自1994年簽署TIFA，迄今已經召開10次，第1屆於1995年華府舉行後、1997、1998 年、2004年、2006年、2007年、2013年、2014年、2015 年及2016年輪流在台北與華府兩地舉行。
#Taiwan Minister-Without-Portfolio John Deng met virtually with #UnitedStates Trade Representative Katherine Tai as part of the preparations in the run up to the 11th Taiwan-US Trade and Investment Framework Agreement Council meeting due to be held in a few weeks.
Ambassador Tai emphasized the importance of the trade and investment relationship, adding that the US will continue working together with Taiwan on issues of common concern in multilateral organizations like the WTO.
The TIFA framework is an important consultative framework for advancing Taiwan-US ties and MOFA welcomes the resumption of talks under the framework, for the first time since October 2016.
MOFA is delighted that the TIFA process will be starting soon and looks forward to working with the US to advance our shared economic priorities and further deepen the trade relationship.
