Race Summary.
1. Before the race, I was so glad to be able to get into the stairs. RD said to me, are we going to see a new course record? I told him that, it's in my capacity to hit that time, I am targeting a 3:15 - 3:20 min. He then wished me all the best!
39 Floors, 714 Steps, 142 Meter Elevation Gained.
2. During the run, I started off slightly too fast than the pace I should have maintain on, which will give me the time of 3:20 min. I felt great from the start and wanted a much faster time and therefore I started to slow down after 25 floors.
3. It was really tough to hold the pace from 25 floors to 34 floors. I tried my best, using all the technique I have and trying to hang on with it.
4. When approaching the last 5 floors, I gave everything I have to run up as fast as I can. Remembering all the hard work that I have put in my training, traveled all the way from Malaysia, and wanted Malaysia to be on the top of the list as the Overall Champion, I continued to step up, withstanding both of my heavy legs and rushed to the finishing line and stopped my watch.
5. I looked at my watch while lying down gasping for air and a 3:24 appear on the screen. Hoping that it might turn out to be 3:23 at least to equal the record.
6. Then the race director told me "Wai Ching, I think you need to run again". I was so worried that something wrong with the timing chip that it didn't capture my time. Then he told me that, you are 1 second slower than the course record. 😭
7. Then I asked him, can I run for the second time, just wanted to give another try on the CR and he replied yes but it will be with traffic.
8. I went down and did some jog, warm up again and re tune my pace for this.
9. I started about 60 min after my first run. I was in control and patient. Despite the tiredness from the first run, I felt much better and being in the flow with the pace I have set. The tiredness strike me in the last 10 floors and I tried my best to maintain and sprint the last 3 floors and the time turn out to be 3:26.5 min.

真的很抱歉！自從這支影片推出之後，害到了那些跟我們聯絡的醫生。他們都是各大醫院的主治醫生，目前衛生部已經對他們發出了通牒...😞
另外，這幾天也有好幾家醫院來聯絡我們，我們也主動去聯絡了一些醫院，聽到了很多誇張的內幕... 真的很抱歉不能曝光太多，不然等一下又害到裡面的醫生和護士... 其實現在的疫情和醫院裡面的情況，比影片裡面那時候還要嚴重，跟我們聯絡的十多家醫院的醫療物資已經嚴重缺乏，北馬某家醫院物資只夠頂兩天。還有一間醫院有四十多位醫護人員同時確診。醫生在跟我們通話的時候，有些是講話講到哭的...
而那些所謂的大官，就只會把醫護人員和病人丟去送死。每天破萬確診，牠們什麼都做不到，mcb醫生向外界求救卻跑去對付他們。自己放著疫情不顧一天到晚在那邊玩政治遊戲，祝這些Katak仔早日確診...
這幾天很多人來inbox我們，向我們請教關於捐款買物資的事情。你問我的話，我個人一向來都不相信外面那些慈善團體，因為它們很多是背後有財團不然就是來路不明的... 至於我們自己曾經有去捐款幫助過的慈善團體都是事先派人親身去探聽過內幕的才敢放心...
如果你們想直接捐錢給醫院，很抱歉醫院不是慈善團體所以是沒有捐款賬戶的。要的話只能直接捐給“衛生部”然後讓他們來分配... 至於衛生部這種東西你們不要來問我意見，這些Cbk我講了等一下牠們不爽又來抓我...
現在的情況很無奈也很無助，我也只能用自己的錢繼續再捐下去了，我不知道能夠撐到什麼時候，我自己也很辛苦，但我不忍心看到那些跟我們求救的醫護人員們失望...
