A bit of story about the cover design - the star anise motif, this spice is a favourite of my late mum’s as most recipes in the book were inherited from her so I dedicated this entirely for her. Anna was briefed about it and she designed this beautiful cover and the gold effect on the cover gives another level of design! Thank you Anna and I don’t know how many times I thanked her for this beautiful design😅😅.
Plus the legendary @chefkenhom reveiwed my book and so as @cheftomkerridge , top Michelin star chef in the UK. Of all these I always feel humbled to work with these amazing people.
