【ingredients】(15㎝ bottom removal type)
(bottom)
9 Oreo
30g melted butter
(For the filling)
200g Cream cheese
90g sour cream
60g Brown sugar
120g Dark chocolate(Cacao 70)
100ml Heavy cream
(Topping)
80ml Heavy cream
Unsweetened cocoa powder
【材料】(15㎝ 底取れ式)
(ボトム)
オレオ 9個
溶かしバター 30g
(チーズ生地)
クリームチーズ 200g
サワークリーム 90g
きび砂糖 60g
ダークチョコ(カカオ70)120g
生クリーム 100ml
(トッピング)
生クリーム 80ml
無糖ココアパウダー 少々
【作り方】
①オレオは細かくつぶして、溶かしバターと混ぜて型に敷いてコップなどで押し固めて冷蔵庫で20-30分冷やします。
②ボールにクリームチーズを入れて電子レンジ600wで約40秒あたためて室温に戻したサワークリームをホイッパーでクリーム状にしてきび砂糖を加えて良く混ぜます。
③チョコレートはボウルに入れて、沸騰直前まで温めた生クリームを加えて溶かします。
④②と③を合わせてよく混ぜて①に流し入れて冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。
⑤タオルを温めてケーキ型を温めて型から外します。
※ケーキを切る時はお湯でナイフ(包丁)を40℃くらいに温めて切ります。一度切ったら必ずペーパーなどでナイフ(包丁)を綺麗に拭いてから切ってください。
