這長週末有幸重臨皇都
a revisit back to the State Theatre

感謝策展團隊在展開建築復修、勘探工程的同時，不忘公眾、各界對皇都保育的關注，在短時間內於保持皇都商場工程前氣氛的前提下，把1952年原璇宮戲院，至1959年至今的皇都戲院與商場時代的煇煌歷史、場內文物和場景等還原，穿插於商場空間，讓參觀者能代入這歷史空間

正如這次歷史回顧活動名稱《尋找你我他的皇都》，皇都有其特別的建築特色、不同歷史時期、地區回憶。正如有年長親戚向我提到他懷念當年全校特地坐渡海輪來看《仙樂飄飄處處聞》，也有後期更喜愛到不再熱鬧、帶點蒼涼卻神秘的商場的年輕一輩。保育皇都不同時期的狀態，連繫不同人的回憶，同時讓其適合當前的空間用途，的確是個大挑戰

這刻在展覽可看到教父級電影海報設計師阮大勇當年自薦繪畫、因而成名的半斤八両海報，到新一代「無紙用」 No Paper Studio 無紙用 的創意海報設計；或重遇荒廢多年真體字師傅製作的皇都理髮店招牌，到看因在「街招」 保育招牌工作而認識的友人書法家「抒發」的創意書法等等⋯⋯正如商場跟香港街道空間的新舊交錯感 —— 引發大眾對今後建築物保育的興趣

或許皇都天台獨有外露的拋物線型桁架結構，正正是給予建築過去室內空間有靈活性的設計，讓人更期待未來建築復修後的空間想像，希望以後能繼續了解這保育項目，透過相片和文字分享更多

it was amazing to see an exhibition being put together in a short time that allow visitors to experience the diverse and rich histories of the State Theatre, the mall, and the former Empire Theatre. From showcasing the historical items found in the building, revealing the original State Hair Salon shop space, to inviting contemporary creatives’ works like @nopaperstudio’s & @callisupply’s —— it’s a great start to engage people from different backgrounds and generations to inspire such hottest on-going conservation project in Hong Kong

the unique roof structure that is suspended by exposed exterior concrete trusses has given a huge flexibility to the uses of the space under the roof throughout the history of the building. It also gave us a lot of space to brainstorm on the future possibility of this architecture. Hope to share more about this conversation project again soon!

【話當年: 里斯本條約 ~ 簽署在何地? (提示: 一重要旅遊景點)】
【The past: Where was the Treaty of Lisbon signed? (Hint: an important tourist attraction)】

2007年12月13日, 27個歐洲國家領導人共同簽署了「里斯本條約」, 新條約的誕生, 旨在進一步改革歐盟機構, 簡化歐盟的決策過程; 並針對全球氣候暖化、天然能源等政策, 提高歐盟全球競爭力和影響力。大家可知道, 「里斯本條約」是在那裡簽署的呢? :-)

Signed by the heads of state and government of the 27 EU Member States, 'Treaty of Lisbon' was signed on 13 December 2007, intending to reform the functioning of the European Union. Do you know where the signing of Treaty of Lisbon took place? :-)

簽署地就是在里斯本貝倫區的著名建築物 - 在1983年已被聯合國教科文組織列為「世界文化遺產」的哲羅尼莫斯修道院裡面啊! 時任的歐盟輪值主席國正是葡萄牙, 總理是蘇格拉底, 他在《里斯本條約》簽署儀式上首先發表講話。

請大家留意兩張我在網路上找到借用到此的圖片: 1) 國家元首們在哲羅尼莫斯修道院的南大門前大合照, 南大門雖是側門, 卻盡是手工精細繁複的浮雕, 極之華麗。大門高32米, 建於1516-1518年間, 有眾多有意思的浮雕 (另行再談)。2) 簽署儀式在哲羅尼莫斯修道院內的迴廊舉行, 兩層高的迴廊完成於1544年, 是曼努埃爾建築中的不朽之作。迴廊呈拱形天花和四邊形格局, 每根柱子和每個大小拱門是不同款式、雕刻豐富精采的浮雕, 是絕大部分來哲羅尼莫斯修道院參觀的旅客不會錯過的景點。

The Treaty of Lisbon was signed in Belém, at the famous monument called Mosteiro dos Jerónimos - a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was constructed in the 16th century. The then Portuguese Prime Minister and the President of the Council of the European Union José Sócrates gave a welcoming speech prior to the official signing ceremony.

Enclosed in this post are two photos that I found on the internet. They captured some of the most important scenes of the signing ceremony of the Treaty of Lisbon. 1) The first photo shows that the heads of the 27 EU Member States stood and took a group photo in front of the South Portal of Mosteiro dos Jerónimos. Built in years 1516-1518, the South Portal - though not the main portal - is decorated with a large amount of stunning and beautiful carved religious and marital images. 2) The second picture shows where the signing ceremony took place. It's at the cloisters of the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, completed in 1544. The magnificent and elaborate sculptural details and carvings on each column in the cloister are perfect examples of the unique Manueline architecture. This is a must-see place when one visits the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos.

何謂BIM(建築資訊模型)
● 建築資訊模型（Building Information Modeling）是以建築工程專案的各項相關資訊資料作為模型的基礎，進行建築模型的建立，通過數位資訊模擬類比建築物所具有的真實資訊。

BIM(建築資訊模型)特性
● 它具有視覺化，參數化，衝突檢查，分析模擬和施工模擬五大特點。

BIM(建築資訊模型)軟體
● Revit：國內建築領域裡最為常用的BIM建模軟體。
● Navisworks：將多種不同格式的模型文件合併在一起。漫遊，碰撞檢查，施工模擬為三個主要的應用功能。
● Civil 3D：這是一款專門定製的AutoCAD，主要做的是地塊的道路建模，土方計算，雨水分析等。是一款地理空間設計軟體。
● ArchiCAD（AC）：ArchiCAD主要就是建築專業的建模，有類似族的概念，但沒有族類型。
● Tekla：這個是鋼結構的重量級軟體。
● MagiCAD：基於AutoCAD的軟體，主要是機電使用。
● 廣聯達/魯班：這兩款軟體主要在工程量統計和進度管理上起作用。比較多的是Revit直接提取計算工程量，然後再用廣聯達提取計算一遍。

● Autodesk Revit Architecture：建築應用。
● Autodesk Revit Structure：結構應用。
● Autodesk Revit MEP：系統應用。

Revit簡介
● Revit 是一個設計與記錄的平台，可支援建築資訊模型 (BIM) 所需的設計、圖面和明細表。BIM 在您需要時提供有關專案設計、範圍、數量和階段的資訊。
● 在 Revit 模型中，所有圖紙、2D 和 3D 視圖及明細表，都是用於展示同一虛擬建築模型中的資訊。在建築模型中工作時，Revit 收集有關建築專案的資訊並協調所有其他專案表現法中的這個資訊。Revit 參數化變更引擎會自動協調您在任何地方 (模型視圖、圖紙、明細表、剖面和平面) 所做的變更。
