Tough day at Vineman 70.3, crashed hard and ate some major league sh*t on my bike but was able to soldier on with a 10th place finish in a very deep Pro field and a 7min PR, 4:09:23! Upwards and onwards. Shout out to my coach Keith Mcdonald we're going in the right direction and hopefully more is to come.
