只有三年歷史既Classic Physique方面, Breon Ansley係連續兩屆冠軍 , Danny Hester係第一屆冠軍

Jeremy被指控家庭暴力,又同知名youtuber kenny ko打官司,連續四屆冠軍,不過上屆落敗跌至第4,聽講今年會係最後一年參加

「2019 美國阿諾盃古典健美冠軍George Peterson 三個練背動作」

* 在台灣健身運動界有個怪現象，就是多數人喜歡看美國網路上一些非健美選手；特別是幾個很難搞；吹毛求疵的怪咖的示範影片！
反而很少人會去看頂尖健美選手的練習影片。
* 譬如今年三月美國阿諾盃古典健美的冠軍，以漂亮背肌聞名的George Peterson，這幾天他po了一段他練背的影片。
他也是示範基本動作中的三項：引體向上、坐姿划船、纜繩滑輪下拉
* 練健美，很多人見樹不見林。整天妄想科學速成？但既不敢用藥，又不願苦練。
只喜歡花ㄧ大堆時間；就鑽研那幾個動作的各種小細節，卻不肯腳踏實地花時間持續苦練！看到苦練就說那是bro-science （土法練鋼）。
