5 Sudu Gula
1/2 Sudu Garam
1 Sudu Lada Hitam
3 Batang Serai
1 Sudu Pewarna Merah
1 Sudu kecil Tepung Jagung
2 Sudu Kicap Manis Rasaku
🌄 Cara Membuat Ayam Bakar Madu Sabah 🌄
1️⃣ Tumbukkan Bawang Putih & Halia sehingga lumat
2️⃣ Cucuk-cucuk sedikit ke Ayam untuk pastikan perapan masuk dalam isi Ayam.
3️⃣ Letakkan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk serta Sos Tiram & Kicap Lemak Manis Rasaku, Sos Cili, Madu dan Serbuk Cili
4️⃣ Jangan lupa letakkan Gula & Garam dan juga Lada Hitam
5️⃣ Tumbukkan Batang Serai dan gaulkan sekali kesemua bahan di dalam mangkuk. Jangan lupa letak Pewarna okay!
6️⃣ Akhir sekali, bakarkan Ayam yang diperap sehingga betul-betul dimasak.
Mudah begitu sahaja bah! Dapat nikmati Ayam Bakar sambil dicicah sos pedas lagi mantap! Apa lagi, cubalah sekarang!

It has been raining since last night and the entrance to my house flooded. I updated the seller when it stopped raining at my place. Seriously, sedappp. It is fragrant and tasty. Had a nice amount of spice and flavor, ada lada kalau mo pedas wew. Tender meat on the beef and fried chicken, maigawd, sedap, memang bikin ketagih. The kuah 🤤🤤🤤 even mummy also enjoyed this ❤️❤️❤️

Follow Chef Ross' easy steps to get your Bak Chang beautifully wrapped!
After rinsing and soaking dried bamboo leaves and strings in water overnight until slightly soft:
1️⃣ Overlap 2 leaves at the halfway point of each.
2️⃣ Fold through a V-shape into a cone. Ensure that the tip of the cone is sealed with the excess leaves folded in.
3️⃣ Fill coned leaves with 2 spoonfuls of uncooked glutinous rice, followed by the ingredients and more uncooked glutinous rice until cone is full. (Depending on the size of your leaves, adjust the spoonfuls accordingly. The idea is a 1:1:1 ratio of rice to ingredients to rice.)
4️⃣ When filled, form a C-shape with your dominant hand to cup the bottom of the cone.
5️⃣ Using your non-dominant hand, fold the excess leaves over the open area of the cone.
6️⃣ Continue folding the excess leaves around the cone / pyramid shape.
7️⃣ Over 2 points of the cone / pyramid, tie strings around and a knot to secure the dumplings.
8️⃣ Steam / boil dumplings and enjoy!
