返全職劇團做服裝主管的生活有三年多,有show嘅時候schedule 可以好chur,返工時間0900-2300唔夠瞓,日日都好攰🥲但我有時完Show都仲有感動位,on show仲會喺Side stage偷偷睇,或者呢個就係做藝術嘅幸福感覺。

Pre-production心情需易緊張,上心嘅時候到紅日都返埋工,試過平安夜聖誕節都係公司渡過🙃但原來一切變左理所當然之後,人只會喺雞蛋裏挑骨頭。
我唔係嬲,我係失望,同有D傷心
當然如果我用打工心態可以無事,
但我個人生理念係一直都係只做自己喜歡,享受嘅事

當兩份工作同時進行,我初初以為我都handle得幾好丫,無Show就返office hour, 放工週末教瑜伽,上瑜伽課進修,上語言課德文英文。一星期七日都無day off🙃

慢慢覺得身心都好難再咁行落去,完全唔知道自己係點做到,休息得唔夠。放工去教班,好想做好啲但力不從心😅再發現教瑜伽嘅時候先感受到真正嘅圓滿同快樂,學生嘅用心令我經常感動,充滿愛

烏鴉式 / bakasana / cord pose
提升身體平衡感
烏鴉式為進階手平衡式,不僅有效地建立學員上肢的肌力,同時也能加強身體平衡感。在做此動作時,需要強而有力的肌肉力量以及平衡感才能完成,對於初學者來說極具有挑戰性,需要專業瑜伽老師在旁協助才行,除此之外,它對身體還有許多益處。
🙆♂️強化手臂
烏鴉式能將身體重量分到上半身,透過撐起身體的動作來加強手臂、肩膀力量,此時能充分鍛練到該部位的肌肉,對於時常要搬重物的勞動者來說相當有用,但在進行時,手腕、肩膀有受過傷的人,請先詢問醫生,如果傷還沒好,不建議做此動作,以免舊疾復發。
🙆♂️伸展緊繃背部
背部的肌肉量不足夠的人,時常會駝背,長期下來會影響到脊椎,導致會有腰酸背痛的情況,嚴重時會有脊椎側彎、椎間盤突等,對於長期在健身的人來說,過度鍛鍊的背肌長期緊繃也會造成身體負擔。透過烏鴉式來舒緩背部緊張肌肉,對於緩解肌肉緊繃、預防脊椎側彎都有相當的功效。
🙆♂️提升專注力
在做烏鴉式時,需要大量的專注力才能完成,在過程中,能訓練我們更集中意識,同時要將專注力放在維持平衡上,讓我們在日常生活中,不會一心二用。
💁🏻♂️如何做烏鴉式:
雙手十根手指張開,按在地上、食指朝前,二手距離等同肩寬,將膝蓋放在大手臂上,慢慢把身體的重量經由雙膝傳達到手臂,來到掌根,慢慢彎曲手肘,雙腳墊高,找到身體的中心,試著一隻腳離開地板
等到雙腳都可以離開地板的時候,讓小腿靠近大腿,腳背放平,維持3-5個呼吸後慢慢將身體放下。

Took me a year plus to get the Bakasana going but I still have much to learn, much to improve.
No matter what you are doing, it’s going to be a long journey, but as long as you persevere I’m sure you can achieve whatever you put your mind to.

2.如果你認為自己的核心和上半身不夠強壯,可以更勤快的練習船式和平板式。在我過去的練習和教學經驗中,發現大多數女生的肩膀和三頭肌會比較使不上力,可以多加強鱷魚式和海豚式。
