A savoury baked item this time: Chicken & Roasted Pepper Quiche!
Using Michael Ruhlman’s basic ratio for pie crust, this is a simple recipe for beginners to try their hand at baking a savoury quiche.
1.Quiche Crust:
345g Plain Flour
225g Salted Butter, Cold Cubes
40g Cold Water
2. Chicken & Roasted Peppers Filling
1 Yellow Onion, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
150g Minced Chicken
1 Green Capsicum
1 Red Capsicum
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Cheddar Cheese
Gruyère
3. Custard Mix
240ml Full-cream UHT Milk
120ml Dairy Whipping Cream
3# Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
