Netflix有個documentary叫［UN]Well。
解開一些時下夯著的養生法的迷思。
看過提到「吞食精油」的第一集後就忘了繼續看了。
剛滑到這個紀錄片就點來繼續看。
第二集提到Tantric Sex，什麼來的？自己看或google啦。我看完也不太明白😂
剛播完第三集，我是邊吃粥邊看的，感覺很怪，我的粥不是粥的味道。
這集討論喝人奶是否對人（baby和adult）有莫大益處。
嗯，團隊先訪問兩個長期「供奶」的女人。其中一位既使讓全家人都喝她的奶，用法包括加在cereals裏，老公用來做scamble egg和salad等，但量實在太多了，就放上網賣。
接下來訪問了一個曾中prostate cancer的uncle，他喝了人奶20年左右，全靠人奶讓他不必開刀。醫生不敢肯定他的痊癒是否該歸功於人奶，但無可否定有一定功效。
然後也訪問了一個愛健身和瘦身的男人，他常上網買人奶。嗯... 他開心就好。
最後訪問一個蒙古女人，也是全家喝她的supply，有一幕是她和其他媽媽在公園哺乳。
這畫面... 母愛真偉大，但該低調一點吧。

接下來3集也很有趣，包括Fasting，Ayahuasca和Bee Sting Therapy。

1. DERMA NATURE RELIEF MADECICA pH BALANCING FOAM CLEANSING 150ml

🔴MY REVIEW: I have very sensitive skin. This gets my face clean but doesn’t leave it feeling tight or dry. It works very good in my skincare routine and never irritates or burns my face. It also leaves my face feeling refreshed, hydrated and moisturized, yet incredibly soft. Definitely recommend.

2. DERMA NATURE FRESH BLACKHEAD JOJOBA CLEANSING OIL 150ml
💡DETAILS: This #HeadShotOil targets and dissolves pore waste, blackhead in particular, offering deep cleansing without stripping or sticky feeling. Blended with 6 types of lightweight plant oil which help remove impurities gently.
🔴MY REVIEW: This cleansing oil is awesome. Takes off my long wear make up and leaves my face clean but not irritated. Highly recommend to anyone but especially those with sensitive skin or eczema.

3. JI. WOO. GAE HEARTLEAF BHA PEELING PAD 125ml (60pcs)
💡DETAILS: These multi-tasking pads soaked in hyaluronic acid toner remove and buff away skin impurities such as grime and dead skin cells. Gently formulated and with skin-trenching ingredients make it suitable for everyday use. BHA helps exfoliate dead skin cells and sebum without causing stimulation. With naturally-derived Houttuynia Cordata Extract to soothe and manage skin texture. Mild, skin-loving Hyaluronic Acid infiltrates deep into the skin for long-lasting hydration.
🔴MY REVIEW: Great quality peeling pad. It makes my face incredibly clean and this pad works great for exfoliating. It leaves my very sensitive skin feeling so soft and smooth. Overall, these pads work wonders to get rid of dull skin and brighten complexion. Highly recommend.

4. SKIN REPAIR BEE TOX THERAPY 25ml (1sheet)
💡DETAILS: This sheet mask is especially designed to troubled skin to dissolve impurities while soothing skin. 🔴MY REVIEW: Great basic mask. It leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and hydrates my skin perfectly. I have extremely sensitive skin but this sheet mask does wonders for my skin. I really like this and I would definitely recommend this sheet mask to all my followers/readers.

🔴MY REVIEW: It’s very easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I have sensitive skin and noticed it doesn’t irritate my skin. It makes my face feel softer, healthier and brighter with a natural glow. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a healthier youthful skin.
