水---500cc
雞湯塊---1顆
牛肉---600g
低筋麵粉---30g
奶油---30g
印度綜合香料Garam masala---2茶匙
鹽巴---2茶匙
●蔬果
洋蔥---1顆
牛番茄---1顆
紅蘿蔔---1/2根
生薑---2節
大蒜---3辦
芒果---1顆（150-170g）
●辛香料
薑黃粉Turmeric、小茴香Cumin、香菜粉Coriander---各1茶匙
印度綜合香料---1茶匙
辣椒粉Chili pepper、黑胡椒粉、肉桂粉---各1/2茶匙
肉豆蔻Nutme---1/2茶匙
肉桂葉---1片

★沒有香料的話，直接使用2.5大匙咖哩粉也OK。
