這首歌叫做剛強壯膽，在講約書亞要帶領以色列人進迦南地。
其實所謂的應許之地與流奶與蜜之地就是，譬如說很多的時候，我們在教會的裡面或是信息當中講到很多。譬如說，蒙福人生啊，或者是講到神的良善，或者講到神要給我們的祝福跟產業，但是你會發現跟你現實當中，你要去面對這些東西，得著這些東西的時候，還是會有一個掙扎和差距。
就像以色列百姓在曠野，因為恐懼和害怕，或者是因為他們心裡的不信，所以他們無法進入到應許之地，因為擋在前面的第一道牆就是耶利哥城，好像就是會讓他們感受到威嚇、恐懼，因此就無法進去。
我們想要寫這首歌就是想鼓勵所有的弟兄姊妹，就是神對約書亞說的：「你要剛強壯膽」，唯有當我們勇敢起來的時候，才有辦法進入到應許之地。
我們才能夠把我們聽見神所要給我們的這些祝福、應許，讓它們能成就在我們每個一人的身上，所以我覺得我們很多弟兄姊妹都在這個掙扎裡面，好像每次聽到神有多好，神要給我們的祝福有多棒，但是我們就是沒辦法自己去經歷到底甚至最後想要放棄。
鼓勵所有的人，不要放棄，要剛強壯膽的定睛在神的身上，直到我們得地為業。
