It was not easy to see them this close! One of the must do activity when you visit Bhutan is to go Phobjikha Valley and witness the magical moment. I still remember that special moment when a flock of them decided to say hi when we leaving the place. Sunset was beautiful with the dragon shape clouds too #FacesofBhutan

印度的黑頸鶴除了要面對棲息地被破壞，更受到當地的野狗威脅。野狗會捕食黑頸鶴的幼鳥及蛋，影響黑頸鶴的數量。當地野狗的數量不斷上升，也對其他野生動物像雪豹等造成威脅。有部門嘗試替部分絕育來減少數量，但到目前為止成效不大。

black-necked crane in india is threatened d by loss of habitat as well as feral dogs. feral dogs preys on black-necked crane’s eggs and chicks, and driving down the cranes’ population. the increasing number of feral dogs are also putting other wildlife like the snow leopards in danger. the forest department tried to control the feral dogs population with sterilisation but there is no impact so far.
