想去韓國食Egg Drop, 可惜不可以去旅行🤷🏻♂️ 後來發現深水埗開了一間類似的，卻又懶得去😂 最後就來到銅鑼灣新開的Life Toast，食我人生的第一個紙盒吐司!
朋友點了：軟殼蟹親子滑蛋🦀($68HKD)，而我就點了：泡菜豚五花芝士滑蛋🐽($53HKD)。我們都覺得好好食！麵包是厚切的，而且帶一點甜味，味道像排包🍞 加上因為用牛油煎過，令它外脆內軟，格外美味！夾在中間的炒蛋都好滑好滑，其他餡料亦是出色的😍 我的泡菜豚肉沒有想像中辣，怕辣人士都可以放心試一下。唯獨覺得份量有點細，男士們來食晚飯就未必足夠了。
Wanted to hit up Egg Drop in Korea, but clearly couldn’t travel these days🤷🏻♂️ Then a similar shop opened up in Shum Shui Po, but was too lazy to put in the effort to visit😂 So here I am now at the newly opened @life_toast in #CausewayBay for my first box toast experience!
My friend got the Soft Shell Crab & Scrambled Eggs with Tobiko🦀($68HKD). And I (of course) ordered the Kimchi Pork Belly & Scrambled Eggs with Cheese🐽($53HKD). We were both happy with our orders! The bread was thickly cut and tasted a little sweet, which reminded me of a brioche🍞 They likely used butter to pan-fry the surface, making it crisp and buttery on the outside🤤 The fillings were delicious too, especially the scrambled eggs, so smooth! The only issue here were the portions: great location for lunch, but might not be enuf for an average guy at dinner time.
