Proudly introducing the moderator of our E-Commerce Conference, Dr. Soo Wincci!

From singer, recording artist, actress, composer, celebrity chef, host, model, PhD holder to entrepreneur, Dr. Soo is a Multi Hybrid Artist, Academia Researcher, Producer and Beauty Queen from Malaysia.

Dr. Soo is a law graduate from the University of Reading (UK), a MBA holder from the University of Sunshine Coast (Australia), and a PhD recipient in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia. In 2018, she graduated with a Master's degree in Music Production, Technology & Innovation, and a Post Master Degree Fellowship from Berklee College of Music (Spain) in 2019. Currently, she once again broke the ordinary perception by challenging herself by embarking on her second PhD in Artistic Production at the University of Polytechnic, Spain.

Her other achievements and prestige awards highlights include Top 10 Most Outstanding Young Malaysian Ambassador (2020), Japan Tourism Board Ambassador (2017), Top 10 Most Outstanding Young Malaysian (2016), being invited for various intellectual variety shows in China as well as being selected as Cabloc, SK-II, Carnation, XES, Avon and Samsung brand ambassador. Besides, Dr. Soo holds 3 Malaysia Book of Records; became the first Miss World Malaysia to be awarded a PhD in 2016, and following that, she was crowned with two more titles - for the most number of academic degrees obtained by a beauty queen and a recording artist. In addition, Dr. Soo has been invited as a speaker for various events and conferences throughout the years.

Award Citation:
"Grace Lin is vice president, director of the Big Data Research Center, and chair professor in the Department of Business Administration at Asia University in Taichung, Taiwan since 2016. She recently founded the United Financial Intelligence Corp. (UFI) to support digital transformation and care quality improvement of aging care organizations. From 2011 to 2016, Dr. Lin was the founder and VP of the Data Analytics Technology and Applications (DATA) Institute and VP for the Advanced Research Institute (ARI) at the Institute for Information Industry (III). At III, she initiated key industry-government R&D programs including Smart Living and Smart Commerce Strategy Plan, Big Data Analytics, Smart Healthcare, Smart Tourism, FinTech, and Smart Agriculture. Previously, Dr. Lin worked for IBM US for more than 16 years as the Global Sense-and-Respond Value-Net Leader and CTO & director for Innovation and Emerging Solutions at IBM Global Business Services, and as a research staff member, manager, and senior manager at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. She was an elected member of the IBM Academy of Technology, an IBM Distinguished Engineer, and Relationship Manager for IBM's Integrated Supply Chain.
Her background and experience have positioned Dr. Lin at the intersection of technology, innovation, business consulting, and management as well as the intersection of academia and industry. Referred to by Forrester as one of the six supply chain gurus, Dr. Lin has published more than 80 technical papers, book chapters, and articles, and co-authored 10 U.S. patents and nine Taiwan patents. In 2006, she was named an INFORMS Fellow.
Dr. Lin's service to INFORMS and the profession has been substantial. She has been twice elected INFORMS VP Practice and VP International Activities, she has chaired the INFORMS Fellow Selection Committee and several INFORMS and IEEE conferences. Additionally, she has been active in the Edelman Award Competition, having served multiple years as judge and as a member of the selection committee. Active in WORMS, she has been a strong supporter of women in O.R. Passionate about bridging the gap between academia and industry, she has served on a number of university advisory boards. She has also served on National Science Foundation panels in the U.S., Canada, and Ireland, and editorial boards including Manufacturing & Service Operations Management (M&SOM), Operations Research, INFORMS Journal on Applied Analytics, and Service Science. She is a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences and industry events.
Dr Lin's awards include the INFORMS Franz Edelman Award, IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award, IBM Corporate Logistics Award, IBM Research Division Award, IIE Doctoral Dissertation Award, the Purdue Outstanding Industrial Engineer Award, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from the School of Science, National Tsing Hua University, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan.

Let youths all have more chances to come home work, take care of parents, and enjoy the family reunion.

2. 爭取預算，讓嘉義市成為局處業務整合，全面單一窗口，提供市民服務的示範城市，同時建立在地數位行政管理產業。
Strive for the budget to set up a one-stop service and make Chiayi the first model city in Taiwan.
Integrate and found a digital management system to promote efficiency and convenience for the public.

3.推動企業管理，融入國家治理，盈餘退稅的法律依據。
Promote Legislation to transform business management into political administration system to refound tax.

4.爭取八掌溪，牛稠溪，兩河流域河川整治，截彎取直，建立地下或平面水庫，提供牛稠溪兩岸未來科學園區，或現有工業區所需的專屬水源，拓寬防汛道路，整合大埔美、後湖、頭橋、民雄、中洋、嘉太工業區，作為世賢路以外，兩條新的外環道路，連結國道1號和國道3號，提高運輸能量，促進產業發展，增加就業機會，吸引青年返鄉。

選舉像一場人生的考試，去年11月24，選舉開票前的一個禮拜，在朋友下榻的飯店，參加了一個他們的活動，寫了一封給自己的明信片，一年後，自動寄給自己，最近收到這張明信片，如圖示。

The election is just like an examination of our life. One week before last November 24, I had written a letter to myself. I feel a lot Comfortable and satisfied with What I wrote this year.

不管輸贏，莫忘初衷，要打一場自己理想中的選戰，把複雜的政治，簡單做，把簡單的事，認真做，因為簡單才會乾淨。

Whether lose or win, don’t forget what I have believed since the start initially. Thanks for you all, I definitely know I couldn’t have made it successful without your help and trust. I will stick on the ideal of politics that is to make it simple and make it clear.

改變政治，從文化開始，改變文化，從自己開始。

以前，我相信，我做得到，從去年11/24開始，我們相信，我們做得到，我每天身體力行，公開透明，用一日市政和一日議會系列，在臉書分享，無差別的服務，即時的回報，作為對大家支持，最負責任的回報，把民意代表，當成0800 、Ubereats、和food panda 來做，用行腳、臉書和Line提供市民即時的服務，將人民的小事，當作政府的大事，讓政治可以落實到每天的生活，解決人民的問題。

I used to believe I could do it well. Since last year I have been approving that I can do it well. I constantly work on offering indifference service and Instant report to everybody I have reached. I would like to consistently and persistently work out problems of people with the policy, budget, and legislation. There is no bias to solve any problems, because solution is the only way of the game.

讓政治可以善良，讓政治可以簡單，讓政治和我們想的一樣。

Politically, I will do my best to make it simple, and make it clear.
Finally I will make all the politics as good as I can and as good as what you think.
