Break Free From Regrets

“Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus. Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians‬ ‭3:12-14‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

To whoever is battling with regrets about the past, I want to encourage you with this message.

Someone once asked me seriously if he could go back to the past to change a mistake that he made. The mistake is currently causing some bad consequences in his life.

The truth is, there is no such thing as returning to the past. There are no parallel universes either—if not, will all versions of people stand before Jesus’ throne for judgment at the end of time?

The only reality is here and now. You are the only version of you—uniquely made by God. Yes, God sees the past, present, and future, but every person can only really be in one place at one time.

No matter what has happened in the past, good or bad, press on and forget the things which are behind.

Treat it like today is day one of your new life. Every day is a fresh beginning to walk with the Lord.

God is so good that He can restore you with much more/better than what you lost in the past.

The first step to healing from a trauma suffered in the past is to decide to press on and look forward from now on.

“Therefore let us also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews‬ ‭12:1-2‬ ‭WEB)

Cast your burden of regret into the Lord Jesus’ hands—He cares for you. Turn away from the hurt and look into Jesus’ smiling face.

You cannot run freely when there is a heavy boulder strapped to your ankle. Let that regret go and experience the peace, lightness, and freedom.

There is a race, we run by grace, and there are prizes to be won. God placed a high calling in you. The future is bright and glorious so keep looking forward from now on. Things will get better!

Today we have a full upper body workout targeting your arms, back, chest and shoulders! For those lucky enough to have gyms still open to them, this is a perfect workout for you!
Grab a set of light to medium dumbbells to push your body for 8-12 reps. It should feel difficult by the last few reps of each exercise, that's when you know you've chosen the right weight for the exercise. If you don't have any dumbbells, try to find alternatives to use at home.
This is a 45 min - 1 hour workout depending on your rest times and number of sets. Do this 3 times a week along with your other workouts, cardio and strict dieting, to help achieve your fat loss & muscle building goals. If you do this properly, this will help with your body transformation, build a lean and defined upper body in 8-12 weeks!

面对10年感情的结束，难过是肯定的。
即使平时爱笑的我们，也为这次的句号流了好多公升的泪。但我们答应彼此会带着所有开心的记忆把对方放在心中一个特别的位置。换了身份，没了昵称，不管未来缘分如何，我们都会是彼此继续珍惜的那位。

最后，公开这首十年前写给她的歌，也是十年后我重新录制十周年版本向她求婚的作品。MV里记录了过去十年的精选画面，婚没求得成，但我们都认为这首歌是纪念这10年的最初；10年的最终，最佳的礼物，也要谢谢歌曲的幕后团队 ：佳旺 (金马旺) 的 编曲 / 制作 / 录音 /配唱 ，沁嘉 的 合音编写 / 合音 ， 文浩 的混音。他们是少数知道我求婚计划也期待着好消息的朋友。。。可惜让你们失望了，谢谢你们的一切付出与耐心，我都真心感激。

I proposed, but had missed the right timing to do it right.

Truly regret to all friends and families’ members who had expectation on us.For the past 10 years, she’s perfect. For all the wrong which I made, I’ll take all the blame. I’m truly sorry, for the relationship which I care so much.

Hereby, I would like to thank her, the girl I crushed into when she did make up for me 10 years ago, the girl who always put me as priority for the past 10 years, the girl who used 10 years’ time to grew me up in the world of love – Mey , Thank you for everything, you completed a lot of my missing part in life and had brighten up my days with different colours. Thanks for always standing by my side although when the world disagree on me. Thanks for your bottomless mental support which let me went through lots of down time as I always know there’ll at least be a super fans forever, it’s you. As of now, I still feel like knowing you is 1 of the most beautiful accident in life, and you able to calmed me down whenever and wherever you were around. It’s more than words, I’m sure you knew it, thank you so much, sincerely.

Allow me to hold my tears and say this 1 more time openly, Mey, I love you, as always.

10 years long run coming to an end, for sure it’s really hurt and sad.
But we’ll promise to bring along all happy memories and place each other at a special point in our heart. You will always be a person that I care about.

Lastly, sharing out the song I wrote for her 10 years ago, and it’s being re-produced again into a 10th year anniversary version for my proposal purpose. The MV are made by all key moments we been through together. Although my proposal failed, but we do think it’s a best way to conclude and remember those 10 years, from the beginning to the end.
