Hello everyone,
I love being a Youtuber. I love the freedom it gives me and appreciate the connection it gives me to my ever-so-supportive audience. I began the channel 4 years ago and never imagined it would be more than a small hobby or side project that I would do in my spare time in order to allow my son in South Africa, William, to watch his Daddy sharing his Life in Taiwan with him and anyone else who wants to watch.
I have been so blessed that although the channel and myself have had some ups and downs over the years, the channel has grown to a size where I feel that I am now able to offer somebody the opportunity to join me and share the journey I am taking through the Youtube world. For 4 years, over countless hours I have created 300 videos and grown to the channel to a quarter of a million subscribers all by myself. Video conception, writing, planning, producing, filming, editing, subtitling and re-editing have all been done by myself with the occasional welcome assistance from friends who have stepped in when I have required help. Thank you to everyone who has helped me get to this point.
However, it has recently become apparent that I need help. The constant strive for ideas and pressure to create interesting, watchable videos has pushed me to the limit of what one person can do in order to provide the best content for the viewers here in Taiwan and around the world. This is in addition to the fact that as a foreigner in Taiwan, I often find myself needing the help of a Taiwanese person to prevent making some basic mistakes that would otherwise go unnoticed.
Therefore, in order to show you a higher level of content and better quality videos, I have decided to invite an intern to join me! 💪
What kind of person am I looking for?
- Those who are interested in marketing, film creativity, script writing and filming. Students studying in these fields are also welcome.
- Those who usually watch youtube videos and understand the Youtube space
- Those who have lived or studied overseas or have cross-cultural experience are preferred
- Those able to communicate fluently in English
- Those who want to know more about the YouTube space and accumulate experience in the social media field
- Somebody who wants to learn more about the video creation process and develop their skills in video production
- Somebody in Taichung City
What do I need help with?
- Assistance in planning videos for Youtube
- Advice and opinions on video topics
- Help with writing video scripts
- Assist in filming and production.
What am I offering?
- Salary: Part time salary is negotiable
- Bonus: Video view targets will earn bonus pay
- Working time: 10-15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule if I find the perfect person

HỌC BỔNG TOÀN PHẦN DAAD EPOS – MASTER'S PROGRAM IN DEVELOPMENT AND INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICS (MIDE) at HTW Berlin

1. GIỚI THIỆU SƠ LƯỢC VỀ HỌC BỔNG TOÀN PHẦN EPOS (DEVELOPMENT-RELATED POSTGRADUATE COURSES)
Chương trình học bổng thường niên EPOS được tài trợ bởi DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service), mang tới cơ hội học tập tại Đức (chương trình Thạc sĩ hoặc Tiến sĩ có liên quan tới phát triển) cho các ứng viên đến từ các quốc gia đang phát triển từ năm 1987 tới nay.
Yêu cầu:
- (Bắt buộc) đã tốt nghiệp chương trình cử nhân;
- Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan, tại quốc gia đang phát triển, không chỉ giới hạn trong khối nhà nước mà còn bao gồm cả các công ty tư nhân;
- Giới hạn độ tuổi: Không có, nhưng không nên tốt nghiệp quá 6 năm gần đây;
- Tại thời điểm nộp hồ sơ, không sinh sống ở Đức quá 15 tháng.
Ứng tuyển: Mỗi ứng viên được nộp hồ sơ cho tối đa 3 chương trình trong danh sách EPOS. Bước 1: Các bạn nộp hồ sơ trực tiếp cho chương trình mà bạn mong muốn (bắt buộc! Nếu bước 1 mà gửi hồ sơ cho DAAD là bị tẹt luôn) => Bước 2: Đợi kết quả vòng hồ sơ + phỏng vấn với thầy cô trong chương trình => Bước 3: Thầy cô gửi danh sách tiến cử cho DAAD => Bước 4: Đợi thông báo từ DAAD.
Value:
- Waived tuition fees;
- Monthly payments of 861 euros (Master’s programs) or 1,200 euros (PhD);
- Insurance cover;
- Travel allowance, study allowance, visa fee, etc.;
- A German language course;
- Under certain circumstances, scholarship holders may receive some additional benefits such as allowance for accompanying members of the family.
2. GIỚI THIỆU SƠ LƯỢC VỀ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH MIDE (MASTER’S PROGRAM IN INTERNATIONAL AND DEVELOPMENT ECONOMICS)
Chương trình học tối thiểu trong 3 kỳ, bắt đầu từ 01.04.2022. MIDE rất đa dạng (Lớp mình có ~50 bạn nhưng tới từ hơn 25 quốc gia khác nhau). Học phí chỉ 2,500 € cho toàn bộ chương trình học. Mỗi năm sẽ có từ 6 tới 8 bạn MIDE được chọn cho học bổng DAAD EPOS.

• A letter of reference from the employer
• A two-page summary of your undergraduate thesis (nếu có viết luận văn tốt nghiệp).

Prolonged maceration with the skins. The wine is aged for a minimum of 5 years & spends at least 24 months in French oak casks & American oak casks before rounding off in the bottle for minimum 24 months
Tasting notes of CV Gran Reserva
Personally she loves this the most among the 3️⃣. A very smooth fruity tasting. She has enjoyed a glass to end her tapas trails of the night
Ruby-red colour, deep & vibrant. Complex nose. It retains extraordinary well the black fruit aromas (i.e. blackberries, blue berries & plums). Gradually, it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices & hints of minerals & tobacco. On the palate is smooth with soft & velvety tannins, great palate weight, extraordinary balance acidity. Elegant & complex aftertaste, with hints of coffee, chocolate, tobacco & dark fruit
Suggestions of food matches
Delicious with red meat, grills & roasts, game, mature & blue cheeses. Great with lamb stew with chestnuts sauce
Best served at 17-18 degree

Tasting notes of CV Reserva
Personally she doesn't really enjoy this middle weight, long complex finish. She felt a bit dry & lack of smooth tasting. Just enjoyed a glass
Ruby-red colour, bright & deep. Intense nose, with a great balance between the fruit (i.e. cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) & the clean nuances coming from the oak (i.e. clove, pepper. vanilla & coconut), enriched by the complex aromas developed during the bottle ageing. Very attractive on the palate, with ripe fruit & spices, tobacco & toasted oak. Elegant & soft tannins, middle weight, long & complex finish
Suggestions of food matches
Delicious with red meat, grills & roasts, game, mature & blue cheeses. Great with grilled tuna steak/ grilled beef with black pepper
Best served at 16-17 degree

It aims to bring out the best qualities of grapes. With its deep cherry colour suggests a young & vibrant wine
Nose is rich in aromas & pronounced in intensity. On the palate, it's perfumed, soft & fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla & cocoa

Perfect with pasta, poultry & fresh light cheeses, grilled chicken, small bites e.g. light cheese, grilled vegetables, fresh salads
