朝早返工趕頭趕命，通常咬個空氣包就算，所以一有機會staycation，小編一定起身食個靚早餐，最多食完先再補眠。金鐘香格里拉個早餐就絕對值得你早起去食！週末多人會開Cafe Too食自助早餐，閒日入住嘅話酒店就通常會安排客人去56樓嘅法國餐廳Petrus。呢間餐廳本身擁有米芝蓮一星，食個lunch set最平都每位都要6百幾，而家可以入嚟食早餐感受超典雅裝潢同無敵海景，感覺有賺！

早餐係半自助餐形式，每人可以喺餐牌點選熱食，再喺自助區拎麵包、芝士、乳酪、沙律同生果等等。熱食方面小編今次唔揀大路西式，決定喺咁華麗嘅氛圍下叫一碗港式腿蛋通配魚蓉燒賣、腸粉同花生醬西多，腸粉偏硬之外，其他都對味。朋友叫咗中式粥配油炸鬼、鹹蛋同叉燒包之外，仲點咗一份本身話share但佢最後自己食曬嘅waffle。大家幾飽都好，千奇唔好錯過自助區嘅西式包點，抹茶牛角包同肉桂卷都好出色，如果有朋友係麵包焚化壚記得帶佢嚟試啦！
