เรื่อง "เบอร์อันตราย 02-6192332 ยกเลิกไม่ได้" เป็นเรื่องไม่จริงนะ ยกเลิกได้ครับ
แชร์กันในไลน์ ว่า "มี เบอร์อันตราย (02-6192332) โทรมาอย่ารับเด็ดขาด ถ้ารับมัน จะยืนยันการสมัครเป็นสมาชิกของมันทันที จะโทรยกเลิกก็ทำไม่ได้ ต้องเสียเงินให้มันทุกเดือน โดนหลายรายแล้ว ข่าวจากตำรวจภาค 5" ... คือมันเคยเป็นเรื่องจริงนะ แต่เก่าแล้ว ตั้งแต่ปี 2558 และถึงโดน ก็สามารถยกเลิกได้ไม่ยากครับ
เบอร์โทร. ที่ว่า เป็นของบริษัทส่งข่าวสารผ่าน SMS ชื่อว่า บ. "Hexcube" ซึ่งถ้าโทรเข้ามาแล้ว จะมีเสียงตอบรับอัตโนมัติอธิบาย และให้ลูกค้ากดหมายเลขยืนยันตามระบบอัตโนมัติ จึงจะได้ลองใช้ฟรี 3 วัน และหลังจากนั้นถึงจะคิดค่าบริการ
แต่พอเป็นข่าวใหญ่เมื่อปี 58 ดังกล่าว ทาง บ. ก็ได้แถลงขอโทษ และให้แนวทางการยกเลิก โดยการกด *137 แล้วโทรออก หรือติดต่อ บ. ที่ 02-6190882 หรืออีเมล์ marketing@hex-cube.com
