聖誕節就到🎅🏻， OM Tapas出咗一個brunch自助餐，包左一款主菜，任食西班牙前菜，仲有3款甜品添😚✌️🏻。今次幫大家睇睇有乜食。

今次一次過食晒22款西班牙特色小食🇪🇸，重點總結一啲唔錯嘅特色小食俾大家。首先講到西班牙菜一定唔少得Garlic Shrimps🧄🦐，爆香咗嘅蒜片同橄欖油，非常惹味🤩，推介！墨汁BB墨魚好新鮮🦑，煮到半生熟狀態，口感爽口彈牙🙌🏻💯。另外不得不提呢度嘅素食🌶🫑🥒🥕，味道好豐，尤其喺Ratatouille，雖然比較油，但係味道好突出😎！

不能不提呢到嘅炸物乾身唔油膩，火候掌控得好好🙌🏻！炸物方面脆炸豬耳同香辣炸馬鈴薯🐷🥔，特別有驚喜❤️！
.
另外仲有3款西班牙式傳統甜品🇪🇸 🍮，有Churro、焦糖奶凍同煎多士。Churro炸至金黃色，撒上糖同肉桂粉，如果有埋朱古力醬點會更好🍫。焦糖奶凍有啲似吉士醬，口感軟滑。Torreja感覺最好，但就咁食有啲單調，總結3款甜品都未算好突出👉🏻👈🏻。

主菜有4款選擇，今次揀咗西班牙海鮮飯同草根未食過嘅Piquillo Cod Brandada。呢款係西班牙地道菜，紅椒入面釀咗鱈魚蓉🐟，食落有啲似薯蓉，香軟細滑😍，推介！

呢個食物嘅款式其實真係好多，要食晒一定飽到癲，但每碟細細碟，真係可以試到好多款，啱晒多心嘅人🥰。
