- Kisarkan ais hingga smooth

😋😋 What looks good, tastes good. And, what tastes good, feels good too which gives you satiety.
Here is my pretty smoothie:
1. 3 tablespoon full Blueberries and 4 Strawberries
2. 1 tablespoon chia seed
3. 3 scoops F1 strawberry soy protein isolates
4. 1 scoop personalized protein powder
5. 1 scoop apple fiber with inulin
6. 1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
7. 300 ml water and some ice cubes. Blend together
8. Kiwifruit and sugar free fruit mixed granola for decorating and toppings
It feels like Heavenly taste in the mouth. Sooooo refreshing.

Đã bước sang ngày thứ 2 rồi cả nhà, đến ngày thứ 2 các bạn đã sẵn sàng chưa ??
Món sinh tố hôm nay rất ngon có hương vị rất quen thuộc cùng cả nhà, nguyên liệu Emma viết tại link để các bạn cùng làm nhé:
1 quả chuối
2 nắm lá rau chân vịt
1 thìa lớn hạt lanh ( 2 Tbsp of flaxseeds )
1 bát con dứa thái khúc ( 150gr)
1 /2 quả xoài chín ( 170gr xoài chín)
500ml nước lọc ( nước lạnh )
1 thìa hạt chia seed nếu có
Tất cả cho vào máy xay sinh tố và uống trong ngày.
Các bạn nhớ lắng nghe theo nhu cầu cơ thể mình nhé, mình có thể uống 1 bữa trong ngày , hoặc 2 bữa trong ngày hoặc cả 3 bữa trong ngày đều được ạ.
