Bent Over Row is a good exercise.

But Chin-ups/ Pull-ups are superior to all pulling/ rowing exercises.
#StrengthSensei said that chins and pull-ups are real functional, whole-body exercises that work the abs, long head of the triceps, and even the pectorals.
Chin-ups are one of the hardest exercises. The trainees can perform chin-ups & pull-ups with chin-up bar at home or with the monkey bar at the playground. They are the basic exercise for the #calisthenics training.
Once you dominated the chin-ups & pull-ups, the trainee can progress to do many different variations of the pulling exercises - archer chin-ups, muscle-ups, tuck front lever...
Training tip: We always do "bang-for-buck" exercise first before doing the secondary exercises.

1️⃣ Sit in a butterfly position against the wall
2️⃣ Tuck your chin & place your arms against the wall
3️⃣ Slide your arms up & down like alphabet Y
4️⃣ Keeping the arms close to the Wall at all times
