#タカラが発売した、PS用レースゲーム('96年3月22日)のの廉価版。
主な変更点としては、ボディにC-CARやきかんしゃが追加、OPデモに登場する「ブラックマリア」のエンジン音が違う、など。また、バグについても多少改善されている。
