Meuko Meuko 第一張EP 「 Super Lo-Fi City 」音源是取樣於舊卡帶，Beat也是用很原始的一個一個打擊的鼓點炮製而成，沒有消除過多的雜音，沒有乾淨的修飾，整個意向的概念是來自於環境以及看過的風景而用在於這張EP的音樂表現。

Meuko Meuko , the moniker of Taiwanese musician Pon , releases her debut spellbinding EP, 「 Super Lo-Fi City 」
via Taiwan`s label 「 Mhz Records 」 capturing influences ranging from chaotic urban rawness to beaten-and-battered primitivism.
The EP’s 6 songs, totalling 23 minutes, source samples from vintage cassette tapes. Inspired by a sense of excitement from her early childhood in the capital city, this local female prodigy utilized the original concept of low budget production to impose the feel of the concrete jungle.
Components of local experimental hip hop and a wide gamut of electronic music draw from Taiwan’s irregular architectures and buildings, muggy, emissions-filled air, and hectic streetscapes, while Japanese and Mandarin influences marry intricate beats and whispering lyrics. All these tiny elements serve as pondering-points on the darkness that underpins the most intense emotions of the city’s aggregations.
