Plain yogurt (sugar-free) 100g
Salad oil 60ml
Pancake mix 150g

【procedure】
Preparation. Lay the cooking sheet on the mold.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
1. Banana crush one with a fork.
2. Put the eggs in a bowl, stir, add sugar and mix well with a whisk.
3.1. Add plain yogurt and salad oil and mix well. Add Pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula.

5. Bake in bamboo skewer for about 30 minutes in oven at 190 ° C until dough stops.

【Cooking Tips】
Bake high-moisture dough at high temperatures. The surface is easily burnt before the inner fabric is lit, so if you are looking for a strong burn, apply aluminum foil.
Be sure to preheat the oven before baking.
If the oven has no preheating function, set the temperature and heat for 10 minutes before baking.
