Vietnam has detected a Covid variant that appears to be a combination of the Indian and UK variants and can spread quickly by air, officials say.
越南檢測到一種新冠病毒變種，似乎是印度和英國變種的混合，可以通過空氣迅速傳播。

Vietnam's Health Minister Nguyen Thanh Long described the latest mutation on Saturday as "very dangerous".

1月19日，一位越南人私訊想買菲菲tee一件，但要郵寄去越南，我說沒問題，只要付款給地址電話姓名就可以，因為是空郵的關係要另加＄30。

1月20日，她付了款給了地址電話姓名，我連忘說感謝！她是用paypal付的，所以我實收的價值一定給paypal公司扣除手續費。

1月21日，我第一次到郵局寄件，郵費＄29，還要是寄掛號，因為我怕寄失 。

1月29日，買家還未收到，說可不可以命郵局轉電話號碼，因為她給的電話是不更新的，我說明天試試問可不可以，因為我都未曾試過這樣改資料。

1月30日，我第二次去郵局問職員可不可以改資料，因為收件人說還未收到郵包。然後我給了掛號的code給她讓她也去查詢一下。

2月12日，她私訊我說我改了號碼沒有，我說郵局不會為我做這件事，不好意思，再耐心等待一下吧！

2月22日，她可能有點焦急，我上網追蹤郵局說明郵件已到達胡志明市的郵局，因為沒人收件，所以派回當地郵局，我然後再去了郵局一趟問郵包的問題，職員說要收件人到郵局取件，因為已到了胡志明市郵局；我立即發短訊給買家說你一定要自己去郵局拿。我第三次到郵局了解，買家說她都會去郵局一看。

3月4日，我沒曾收過她的消息講及情況，但我上網追蹤郵件說郵包已退回香港九龍郵政局，於是我第四次到郵局終於退回我1月21日的寄去越南的郵包，我拿後就立即發短訊給買家說郵包退回我手上了，我讓她再給我多一次清楚的地址電話姓，以免再出錯，但這次的郵費你要負責，因為是你不去取件而不是我弄錯地址或什麼。

隔了一陣子，她回我話說：「i have told you to change the phone number for me before the package arrives in my country and you didnt do that 😞 so no i dont need the shirt anymore, thank you and sorry.」

她發了我晦氣和直接不要她買下的衣服，我看完整段沒感情和責怪我的話，我無名火氣起了，過份，真的很過份，你說我沒為你轉資料？請看看日期時間，中間隔了八天你才發短訊叫我改資料，郵件九日前一早寄了，你八日後才叫我改；好，我聽你說的有去了郵局問及職員可不可以改電話號碼，是職員說不可以改的，和那份件其實已到埗，只不過沒人收件；我為你這件事到郵局四次，你想我很有空閒時間太多？我沒事做嗎？何況我都心急你收不到去郵局都幾趟啦！你這樣會否不過份？

好吧！不要就不要，我沒有損失的，但你這樣做人就真是有點過了，不尊重、不理解、不負責任、不知所謂！你丟越南人的架，連做人的基本都沒有，你用你的大腦想清楚你講的每一句說話，我是看不起你的，請你滾出我的範圍內，不要再發給我任何一個message，衣服你說不要就不要，求我都不會給你的，你付出的＄250tee錢，我會捐出去給有需要人士為你祈福呀！因為你個人實在太爛，幫你積一點福呀！

我實在太好人，為你做了那麼多事卻被你三言兩語發我脾氣，我不會再為你做任何事的，我現在的氣是因為感嘆為可這個世上有這樣的人，感覺mums not home的客人都應該是好的人，你不知所謂的行為我是不吐不快的，大家不用為我們抱不平，我不要網絡欺凌她，我只是說我內心的話，平衡一下心理。
