Wine & dine my way through 🇮🇹 Piedmont without taking a ✈ from HK. 😏
Piedmont is a region in northwestern Italy that is famous for its tradition & rich in flavour food like vitello tonnato, eggy pasta, bunet piemontese, 🍷 Barolo wine and more.
🍽 At @castellanahk, these traditional dishes are made with a modern twist in a fine dining setting.
This restaurant is a partnership with ⭐⭐ Michelin @marcosaccochef from Italy.
On top of the enjoyable Piedmontese wine pairing and friendly service, here's what I had:

好味的Omakase🍣 但仍然覺得實力大不如前。
以前會陪嫲嫲星期天去Cubus的舊店食lunch👵 記得魚生超新鮮好味!😍 但搬遷之後, 普遍評語指舊店比較好 - Oppa不得不認同😔
訂座的時候記住指明想食鐵板燒, 懷石料理, 還是壽司, 因為特定座位只能食某種menu...

Highlight of the night: "Look at this, literally fish from the future🐟" - said my BFF (see 2nd photo).
Used to visit this place for lunch on weekends when they were still located at CUBUS. Felt like the food tasted better before moving to this new location at Lee Gardens🤷🏻♂
