หลังจากที่ PlayStation 5 วางจำหน่ายมาได้ระยะหนึ่ง ในที่สุดแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับเล่นจากทางไกลอย่าง PS Remote Play ก็ได้อัปเดตให้รองรับกับจอย DualSense แล้วเรียบร้อยบนระบบ iOS

ด้วยเหตุนี้ ทำให้ผู้ใช้สามารถจะเล่นเกม PlayStation 5 ได้จากทุกที่ผ่านหน้าจอมือถือ iPhone ของตน โดยที่ Sony ปล่อยแอปฯ เวอร์ชัน 4.0.0 ตัวนี้ตามมาหลังจากที่มีข่าวว่า iOS อัปเดตให้รองรับกับจอย DualSense ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการเล่นเกมนอกสถานที่มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม เช่นการใช้งานตัว Touch Control ที่คราวนี้ก็ทำได้แล้วเหมือนกับจอย DualShock 4 ขณะที่จอยแบรนด์อื่น ๆ นั้นไม่สามารถทำได้

PS Remote Play เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่เปิดให้ผู้ที่มี PlayStation 4 และ PlayStation 5 ในการครอบครอง สามารถเล่นเกมของตนได้แบบออนไลน์ ซึ่งมีความแตกต่างจาก Cloud Gaming ของฝั่ง Xbox และ Google Stadia ตรงที่แอปนี้จะต้องเปิดเครื่องคอนโซลและเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเอาไว้ด้วย แลกมากับที่เป็นบริการฟรี สามารถเล่นเกมต่อจากเดิมได้แบบไม่ต้องแยกออกมาเป็นคนละเวอร์ชันแต่อย่างใด

[News] Genshin Impact เตรียมอัปเดต 1.3 เพิ่มการรองรับจอยคอนโทรลเลอร์บน iOS และปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขการใช้ Original Resin

miHoYo ได้อัปเดตรายละเอียดต่างๆ ในการพูดคุยกับทีมนักพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับอัปเดต 1.3 ของ Genshin Impact โดยมีฟังก์ชันต่างๆ เพิ่มเข้ามาดังนี้
.
- เพิ่มฟีเจอร์การดาวน์โหลดทรัพยากรล่วงหน้าที่จะทำให้ไม่ต้องรอในตอนอัปเดตเวอร์ชัน
.
- เพิ่มฟังก์ชันการกดค้างเพื่อเพิ่มวัสดุจำนวนมากในตอนเสริมพลังอาวุธ
.
- ตัวเกมบน iOS สำหรับระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS14 หรือสูงกว่า จะรองรับการใช้จอยคอนโทรลเลอร์ Xbox Controller (เวอร์ชัน Bluetooth), Xbox Elite Wireless Controller (Series 2), PlayStation DualShock 4 Wireless Controller และคอนโทรลเลอร์ที่สามารถจับคู่กับ Bluetooth ของ iOS (เฉพาะบางรุ่น) ได้แล้ว

- มีฟังก์ชันในการแปลงวัสดุกำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการพัฒนา
.
- ในตัวเกมเวอร์ชัน 1.3 กิจกรรมประจำเวอร์ชันที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Ley Line Outcrop และดันเจี้ยน รวมไปถึงกิจกรรมขนาดใหญ่ของแต่ละเวอร์ชันในอนาคต จะไม่ต้องใช้ Original Resin อีกต่อไป

- ในตัวเกมเวอร์ชัน 1.3 เป็นต้นไป จะให้รางวัลสำหรับ Battle Pass ทั้งของนักเดินทางและอัศวิน ตั้งแต่เลเวล 5 เป็นต้นไป ทุกๆ 10 เลเวล เป็น Fragile Resin x1 ด้วย
