【網絡大遷徙】

Dear 大家,

即係咁啊，換個比喻喇。

幾年前（甚至⋯⋯一開始）開始知Whatsapp Facebook Youtube衰格，但無計啦，啲Followers喺晒度，靠佢搵食喎。啲朋友又喺晒度，唔係邊個聽我鳩嗡先？

好啦，搞左幾年，迫到埋黎喇，迫你表態喇。有人決定，搬啦熄爐啦！唔止自己搬，帶埋家人搬，寫埋教學教大家搬，去到熄爐即刻整返當時喺Whatsapp用嘅Sticker回味下。又有人話，一早話架啦，Telegram仲好啊，玩左幾年，d sticker應有盡有。Line呢？有一路有用黎同啲台灣日本妹豬聊天喔。當然啦，有人一早就全面使用wechat傾公事俾錢儲分blablabla啦，覺得「無左Wechat就生活唔到」咁方便。

仲有人未走喎，點解啊？啊⋯⋯無事嘅，我估佢唔會真係賣我啲資料掛，唔會真係搞我掛。我有好多做嘢group係Whatsapp啊。好幾年前add到女神做friend子，我走左好難再有，用住先囉。教左老人家用Whatsapp幾年，忽然叫佢轉，好難架。同埋我聽人講好似話熄爐一樣有佢嘅問題架。咁，多一事不如少一事啦。

有人從Fb去Mewe，有人從IG去Vero，有人從YT去LBRY，有人玩返ICQ同Xanga問你死未。總之大家各散東西，呢個已經係必然發生嘅未來。唔捨得Delete Facebook Whatsapp，唔係對個app有感情啊，係因為我係第二個平台玩得開心時過得失落時，都好想搵返你，話你知我最近點。事實就係，有人走，有人留，有人quit⋯⋯乜都好，去左邊度都好，好希望大家都平安send message，最起碼，得閒要寫信返黎。

P.s. 我真係覺得Vero有得玩呢。

有關安全鑰匙 Yubikey，你問我答：

對於 Yubikey 嘅功能同用法，我覺得好多人唔太明白，甚至會有誤解，認為「有伏」或危險。之前陳婉容攞到 Yubikey 公司嘅贊助，其帖文下有唔少討論，佢哋唔係問我，我只係路過講兩句，越寫越多，所以攞過嚟同大家分享一下。

一：

有人問：

若果硬體及yubikey 都被popo拿到。。。。那怎辦？？

薯伯答：

建議你每次都要 log out facebook/gmail 等戶口，每次進去，都要登入，避免用 facebook app / gmail app 等等，要用 browser 登錄，而且要每次 exit browser，都可以自動 delete cookies。

最好係可以熟習 log out 同 log in 嘅過程，將 log out / log in 變成上網的常態及習慣。

答番你個問題，如果警方取得搜查令，佢哋係可以要求你開手機（有搜查令嘅情況下，唔開機可能係刑事）。但係如果你習慣清機，delete cookies，其實警方攞到你嘅 yubikey，無密碼都係入唔到你網上嘅戶口。

想要保安嚴密，係會麻煩啲，但應該要養成習慣。

二：

有人問：

佢（警察）可以要求我開。。。。但我忘記/入錯左。。咁？？？

薯伯答：

咁呢個要睇番案例，呢個唔係一兩句答到。但之前法夢嗰邊出過兩篇文章，係好詳細討論。

當警方取得搜查令，市民能否拒絕解鎖手機？

如果文章太長，佢哋個結語係：

「若警方取得容許提取電話內容的搜查令，被查人拒絕警方的搜查會被視作阻撓警方，很可能構成刑事罪行。因此，在這種情況，除非被查人的確有受法律專業保密特權的通訊載電話之內，否則交出密碼或將電話解鎖似乎是不能避免的。」

所以，你開手機，好大機會係要開。

但係，我問過一位大律師朋友，按佢個理解，警方取得搜查令後，只可以攞你個手機/電腦，但唔可以逼你登入戶口。

所以只要你有一個難記嘅密碼，加一條Yubikey，咁就安全。

三：

有人話：

DO NOT LET THEM (POPO?) HAD YUBIKEY, GIve your yubikey to friend who dont live next to you.

薯伯答：

我想話，我係唔認同呢個做法，因為咁樣只係會麻煩，亦都代表你個戶口係經常處於「登入」嘅狀態，咁即係更加危險。

最好嘅做法係，手機上唔好留有 mail app，要用 browser 嚟 log in email 戶口，每一次離開 browser 都會 delete cookies 同登入記錄。

電腦都儘量做到咁，每次 exit browser，都清 cookies.

最好係每日都要習慣 log out and log in 戶口，要熟習呢個過程。

四：

有人問：

點解我覺得有伏？真的安全？？舊嘢冇後門？呢啲嘢自己用錢買會唔會安心啲呢？

薯伯答：

可能因為你唔了解個技術，所以覺得有伏啦。你不如先了解一下呢個業界嘅標準。

五：

有人問：

冇用呀。。啲柒頭會走嚟搜屋。加上喺出面行得嘅要有最新最即時嘅資訊，呢樣嘢反而會妨礙咗佢哋。

薯伯答：

可能因為你唔了解個技術係有乜作用，不如先了解一下，再下定論。

六：

有人說：

Google use Titan key mostly these day. but they both use FIDO standard.

薯伯答：

Titan 的製造公司係 Feitian（飞天），同中國軍方合作無間，暫時係完全無證據顯示佢哋有問題，但係，將來好難排除。

Yubikey則係瑞典造。

設計上，Yubikey係靚仔過飛天（Titan）好多。

七：

有人講：

Er...公司用緊，是咁的，如果有人用呢隻手指插入你部機，唔洗你本人登記的指紋都可以開到🤦🏻‍♂️

薯伯回：

唔係好肯定你用邊個mode，係咪 smart card (PIV) mode 無加 PIN？如果真係打算用佢嚟 log in 電腦，可以考慮用 PAM mode，即係 challenge response with PAM.

不過如果你本身用 mac，log in 時有個較強嘅密碼，同埋確保電腦係開咗 file vault 加密，咁都應該夠安全。

重有要確保你主要用嘅戶口，係 standard 嘅權限，唔係 admin，咁就可以了。

1. 如果你主要開機戶口嘅權限只係 standard 而唔係 admin
2. 而你個 hdd 本身有 encrypted (File Vault)
3. 你本身 admin 戶口個密碼 log in 係夠強，例如大於 6 個 random 選擇嘅 diceware words（第三點尤為重要，因為好多人會貪方便而忽略咗，例如我個開機密碼，估計要 919萬億年先可以用電腦破解。可以去呢度測試一下密碼強度，唔好真密碼去試，大概得㗎喇： https://howsecureismypassword.net/）

咁你個電腦，係無必要用 yubikey 嚟開機。

運動至今其實發生左好多事，大家見步行步嘅抗爭方式好多花款，我地既然行左咁多步，係時候了解一下各個抗爭方式帶來的效果，並且嘗試整理一下部份的抗爭所帶來的成效吧：

首先，係各種遊行的抗爭方式。基本上係耗費人力成本最高的抗爭方式，亦唔能夠每日都做，呢個係佢最大嘅問題。但係，大家有冇留意到一樣野，其實呢種18區遍地開花式的遊行，並唔係和理非咁簡單，佢係可以有感召敵對陣營的可能——屯門公園趕走大媽一役，大家發現藍絲都隱約出現變節，那怕在各個紅底的媒體裡，都唔再跟主旋律去鬧廢青（這部份是因為鍵盤戰士成功滲透了他們的媒體去輕輕帶風向），這是建制媒體始料不及的。換句話說，只要往後18區的遍地開花活動，能夠同時包括到淺藍絲的利益時，我們就能感召對方變節，當然，這不會一下子將他們拉成淺黃，但起碼可以讓他們有一個想法：其實黃屍都衰唔晒，咁呢粒種子就可以慢慢發芽，終有一日可以將他們由淺藍拉做中立派。很可笑吧？我們之前成日話地獄最炙熱的位置是留給在重要時刻選擇中立的人，但技術上，只要拉走一個淺藍，對方就會被削弱一點。

另一方面，遍地開花的遊行有另一個意想不到的作用——它將警察瘋狂的一面暴露在一眾街坊的眼前。大家在中環在灣仔抗爭，其實住在屯門的師奶係感受不到多少的，如果佢地睇CCTVB新聞仲會覺得廢青搞事，警察很可憐。但好似早兩日咁，有個師奶同呀叔去旺角飲，飲完俾班警渣兇過呢？佢地就會有另一番體會了。你要知道師奶最鍾意就係講人是非同埋睇戲，有六國大封相唔睇才不是師奶，以警察好似high大左咁情緒失控，佢地一定會忍唔住去兇啲師奶，然後呢？然後班師奶就會不停咁唱佢地。你要記住，社運最難搞就係呢啲政治冷感嘅師奶，但如果我地可以借警察之力，去兇醒呢班被建制變左做羊廿二年嘅師奶，此消彼長，這數字就很可觀了。

所以，遊行抗爭係可以做，做之餘仲可以順手解埋兩條副本任務：找出共同利益感化藍絲、借黑警兇醒啲羊。

呢一場係公關戰，而所謂的公關，並唔係講緊同警隊鬥公關，而係向更多的市民做公關。

除了遊行抗爭呢波公關戰，另一方面就係資源戰。

打仗係要錢的，尤其是感謝港獨之父689的教導，佢每日都恥與為伍蘋果，搞到肥佬黎冇廣告好頭癢。如果無佢每日出文提大家要玩抵制紅色媒體廣告商呢招，我地仲每日都傻傻地不斷咁叫罷睇CCTVB，然後罷睇十幾年都仲繼續罷睇緊。既然係咁，就唔好罷睇，反而大家要金睛火眼咁睇——見到有咩廣告商，就去佢啲社交媒體facebook度瘋狂派嬲，係呀，你無睇錯，我叫你派嬲就ok，留言就睇你得唔得閒啦。點解？好簡單，因為marketing要交report架，你留言鬧佢，佢block或刪除左你就唔需要計算你在報告之內，甚至佢可能交個留言總數上去，仲可以話今次個活動好有noise。但如果係嬲嬲icon呢？咁佢就無得呃，呢個世界冇得delete嬲架，一定要原個like同嬲數咁交晒上去。然後，搵．相．熟．的．媒．體．報．導．公．關．災．難。

你記住，大家出黎都係打份工，無人想爆隻鑊出黎，online俾人鬧都算了，如果上埋media，我倒想看看隔離PR呀姐會唔會擸刀砍你marketing花開富貴。只要無利可圖，對方就會唔肯落廣告了。

我知，你會話咁到時候會有紅色資本黎賣廣告倒水俾佢架。係架，你睇返上兩段我講咩——呢場係資源戰。紅色資本當初唔喺佢度賣廣告當然係商業考量，佢地一定係認為呢個媒體唔係一個有效嘅媒體先唔會落。咁就更好，迫佢地燒銀紙去用一個無效嘅媒體，幫人放血最開心，資源戰除了搶人資源外，燒人資源也是個好方法。所謂紅色資本，就算再紅，佢始終都係資本，每一個marketing都有自己的預算，爆左就乜都做唔到架啦。當佢地揼水救CCTVB的時候，我們才施施然去「追捧」其他紅色媒體，到時佢救得邊一個？Be water, my friend.

而除了一般廣告外，更重要嘅係「追捧」紅色媒體嘅活動，而當中商場show呢一啲食水極深嘅活動，係必須要「事事關心」。marketing sponsor個活動出黎，其中一個原因都係想俾高層揸住枝咪巧威威咁上台講兩句過下癮咁解（正如點解死都要買塊billboard在自己公司樓下俾老闆睇）所謂高層嘛，都是貪生怕死之輩，依家隨時可以半小時內集結一兩千人「追星」，你估佢地個個係林鄭見到兩百萬人上街都唔怕死咩？你試下叫你老闆上台，而台下有兩千人對住佢唱sing hallelujah to the lord？佢唔駛見到國旗都失禁呀！你第二日真係唔駛返工了。而正如我上一篇文講過，由於大家都係打份工，唔需要同你搏命，所以只要大家睇住紅色媒體有啲咩活動，然後幫佢開event、大家瘋狂click出席，佢見到個數夠大就唔會同你搏，自然會取消個活動。我地出click，佢出銀紙，最緊要燒佢資源。

萬一如果對方真係迎難以上呢？loop返上去遊行抗爭的玩法，唔好犯法唔好衝突唔好死，有示威者就會有警察，到時唔需要我地出手，警察會自己拆左廣告商個活動，亦會在一眾街坊面前發癲，天口熱商場最多人涼冷氣，咪等警察兇下啲街坊、兇醒啲羊囉。

其實，重點係無一個抗爭方式係獨立運作的，大家可以試下自由組合，不停咁loop出一個套路，全方位360度攻勢，對方就好難見招拆招。作為一個抗爭者，與其看哲古華拉少年日記，還不如多讀《孫子兵法》，你讀完《九地》篇就不會走去圍將軍澳，甚至你會發現對日常生活以至工作都會有很不錯的影響。
