Situasi di sebuah hospital di dalam wad bersalin.

Dalam beratus katil yang disusun....
Setiap 1 penghuninya ada kisah tersendiri....

Dengan muka pucat lesi...
Dengan keadaan loya...
Asal makan muntah makan muntah...
Terbaring saja kerana terlalu lemah...
Tapi dia minta doctor discharge sebab teringat hal hal rumahtangga...
Nak kena uruskan baju kerja suami...
Nak kena sapu & mop rumah sebab takut anak sakit sebab rumah tak bersih...

"Doctor.... saya dah sihat.... saya boleh balik dah"

Dalam hati... hanya wanita ini yg sedar bahawa dia terlalu lemah utk semua ini... tapi dia terpaksa kuat.... kerana segalanya dia letakkan sebagai tanggungjawabnya....

Di katil sebelah kanan pula...
Ibu yg menunggu masa bersalin...
Ketika dia perlu fikir keindahan nak mendakap anaknya...
Fikirannya jauh dgn kerja kerja di ofce..
Mana dgn proposal yg xsiap lagi tu...
Dalam keadaan sarat hamil itu juga dia call ofcenya dan cuba settlekan kerjanya..

Di katil depan...
Doctor sahkan anak dalam kandungannya punya masalah saraf tunjang...
Anaknya disahkan tidak akan seperti kanak kanak lain yg boleh bermain & berlari sana sini...
Allah... luluhnya hati ibu itu...
Dia x putus berdoa....
Sekejap sekejap air matanya keluar tanpa dia sedar.....
Apakah nasib anakku nanti...
Apakah dia akn terus tersiksa....
Semuanya difikir ibu yg sarat hamil ini...

.
Allah... kuatnya seorang wanita ini yg walaupun sakitnya bersalin sprti 20 tulang dipatahkan serentak.. dia tak pernah berhenti fikir tanggungjawab terhadap suami & anak anaknya..
Dan tak pernah serik untuk berikan zuriat buat suaminya...

Hebatnya seorang wanita ini..
Bila dialah yg menangis paling banyak...
Yang paling byk menanggung rasa sedih...
Namun dialah yg cuba untuk kuat...

Hebatnya seorng wanita ini..
Bila dia tidak melepak malam kononnya utk release tension...
Bila dia tidak merokok kononnya utk rasa happy....

Namun... hebatnya wanita ini bila dia simpan & pendam segalanya bersamanya saja...

Kuatnya seorang wanita ini...
Namun dia akan terlalu lemah bila suaminya tak bersamanya...

Ketahuilah suami,
Isteri anda tak minta intan permata..
Dia tak minta anda kemas rumah.. cuci pinggan.. basuh toilet... masak... basuh & lipat baju pun..

Isteri anda cuma ingin anda hormati & faham kepayahan yg dia lalui .. dia perlukan semangat dr anda...

Percayalah... isteri anda bukannya ultraman untuk kuat & terlalu kuat buat itu dan ini ketika dia sendiri sudah Allah ciptakan lemah zahir & batin..

Cium dan peluknya setiap hari... katakan yg anda sayangkannya...ia sudah mampu membuatkan isteri anda kuat dari biasa 😊

Situation in a hospital in a maternity ward.

In hundreds of beds organized....
Every 1 residents have their own story....

With a pale face of lesions...
With the nausea condition...
When you eat vomiting, you will vomit
Lying down because of being too weak...
But he asked the doctor to discharge because he remembered household matters...
Need to manage husband's work clothes...
Need to apply and mop the house because I'm afraid that my child is sick because the house is not

In the heart... only this woman realized that she is too weak for all of this... but she has to be strong.... because she put everything as her responsibility....

Allah... this woman is so strong even though her pain of giving birth like 20 bones are broken together.. she never stops thinking of responsibility for her husband & children..
And never get tired of giving her husband a child...

How amazing is this woman..
When he cries the most...
The most saddening one...
But he's the one who tried to be strong...

How amazing is this woman..
When he doesn't hang out at night, it's supposedly to release tension...
When he doesn't smoke to feel happy....

However... this woman is great when she keeps it & keeps everything with her...

This woman is so strong...
But she will be too weak if her husband is not with her...

He didn't ask you to clean the house.. wash the dishes.. wash the toilet... cook... wash & fold clothes..

Your wife just wants you to respect & understand the difficulty she's going through.. she needs your spirit...

Believe me... your wife is not an ultraman to be strong & too strong to do that and this is when she herself has created her weak and weak..

Kiss and hug him everyday... say what you love him... it can make your wife strong than usual 😊

IIUM Student Union 2019

It was a historic day yesterday not only for IIUM but also for the entire nation.

Yeaterday witnessed the official launching of IIUM Student Union by Hon Minister of Education, YB Dr Mazlee Malik. Certainly, Hon Minister is the right person to do this. He has been bold on student freedom all the way. We thanked the Minister for coming to this meaningful and far-reaching event.

The Minister aspired the student leaders to be active and innovative. Nevertheless, he equally emphasised the need to observe governance and integrity in all conducts and dealings, financial or otherwise.

I cant agree more with him on this matter. Empowerment comes together with responsibility. The more you are empowered, the higher the standard of governance to be expected of you. Breach of governance comes from either criminal mind of non-compliance or from lack of following the right procedures even without having any criminal mind (mens rea). Everyone needs to onboard himself to this intensity of compliance and govermance culture.

I have the great pleasure and honour to congratulate the students of IIUM in general and the care takers of IIUM Student Union. Surely, it is a privilage to the first to be accredited with this union. At the same time, there lies high expectation to discharge what is desired. Failure is not an option. Any form of failure will implicate not only the first mover but also the subsequent adopters.

I really hope that my beloved sons and daughters are more than capable to do wonders. If in doubt, dont hesitate to ask around and seek wisdom and insights from others. A great leader is the one who likes to consult others. Even the Prophet Muhammad PBUH was asked by Allah to seek consultation.

Please.make IIUM and the nation proud of you....my beloved sons and daughters. Our prayers and thought are with you always. We always turn to our 'children' to create the future success and glory. Have a dream or rather have a big dream. Let the power of dream flows in your heart, mind and soul.

IIUM Photography Day

This morning, I was attending my first meeting on a few matters under the purview of the Office of the President.

Subsequently after that, I needed to go through a few photograph shooting sessions. For all intents and purposes, it was a big day for me to have the IIUM official robe on me. It does not only connote the official attire for the convocation, but more importantly, it signifies the "intellectual dress" of an academic. The robe may be light in weight but the responsibility inside this robe is heavy and pervasive. The most noble profession on this planet is teaching. The robe - and any other similar tokens - reflect this great and most impactful profession.

I had the pleaure to take a few photos with the team members and colleagues at the Office of the President together with Hon Rector and Dato' Rahim of MSD. They are now my 'family' in working together to discharge the responsilities.

After having a quick lunch with Hon Rector, I was rushing to speak on Humanitarian Funding at a Humanitarian seminar at Sunway College organised by Mercy Malaysia. The update on this talk will come later.
