要說到城中最佳的 "叉燒酥", 半島酒店 嘉麟樓不嬲都係其中之黑馬, Personal Rating 8/10. 但其實另外一間超好吃的就係 金鐘【萬豪金殿 Man Ho, JW Marriott Hotel, Hong Kong】 這邊我會畀 8.8/10 分, 點解唔係最高分住, 就另有揭曉. 係有少少關於以前嘅 recipes 😋

Recently awarded Michelin 1 🌟 as it should, super Congratulations to Chef @jaysontang4 . I am sure he has worked his ass off for his previous years here. Everything was done to perfection, well done.

As a side note, the Charsiu Pastry at 'Dolce 88' inside the same hotel has now deviated from the main restaurant recipe. It is also quite good for Take Away as well! 😊

😋一级棒的泰式高级料理🍽️

槟城Batu Kawan有家新开张几个月的The Upper House Hotel，靠近Ikea附近而已～
这里4楼的餐厅是BAMBU Small Plates，一家泰式Fine Dining高级料理餐厅～

这里的环境优美舒适，吧台和餐厅都由竹竿布置，还有一副超大的色彩热带雨林壁画，很有大自然的feel哦～这里分为室外与室内，还有个executive lounge～旁边还有个露天式泳池和站台，可以边享受美食边看风景，太棒了😍

Bambu主打泰式Tapas料理，每道料理都很精致又美味，带出东南亚特色风味～I Fat特别推荐泰式芒果沙拉，泰式螃蟹冬粉，炸馒头搭配青咖喱与炼奶～主食可以选择鸭肉或者牛肉，都很不错吃😋

这里分为2个Thai Tapas配套～

Not gonna lie, October has been extremely tough for me. Being coincidentally my birthday month, having expectations of it to be a good one has inevitably put more stress on my shoulders... Well, i'm just glad I can share these not-so-good moments with you guys, alongside the happy ones.

Ash has left us on the 13th October 2020. He passed on after being sick for 2.5 months (he wasn't eating, poo-ing and had to be force fed daily since then) and after countless of vet visits, blood tests and medication... he eventually passed on after being in the hospital for 5 days. He was 14.

You guys saw Ash through my VLOGs and witnessed his beautiful life, together. I thought I owed it to you to share this piece of news and bring you guys along to be by his side during his last moments. We miss him everyday, and I don't know if our hearts will feel the same again. Ash will always be my first kitty-love!
