It was a great pleasure to play with Taipei Symphony Youth Orchestra and the conductor Ibrahim Yazici. I did really enjoy this oppertunity and it makes me feel happy to see those members who were totally enjoying playing the music! It was a special experience, even the concert hall was terribly dry Thank you all !!

Recipe for Thermomix ( Adapted from Baking into the ether ) :

260g bread flour
3g instant dry yeast
160-180g full cream milk
egg (use ONE XL egg)
30g sugar (10g if making a salty toast)
2g salt (6g for salty toast)
30g butter

1) Add yeast, milk, egg & sugar 1.5 mins/37º/Speed 3
2) Add flour & salt, knead 5 mins
3) Add butter, knead 2 mins
4) Shape (for loaf) or roll for buns (approx 30-31g each for 16 buns), proof for 1 hour.
5) Egg (or milk) wash
6) Bake for 40-45 mins (if loaf), 25-30 mins (if buns) at 170°C (ST: 160°C)

Recipe for Making this the normal style:
(I tried a few method but I realized the best way is this method from another youtube. ) This make quite a big batch but oh so delicious.

- 350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 2/3 cups)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet)
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 200 gr Warm Milk (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 30 gr Butter (1/4 stick)
