美國與歐盟合作遏制中國非市場貿易行為

美國和歐盟週三（9月29日）同意深化跨大西洋合作，以加強半導體供應鏈，遏制中國的非市場貿易行為，並採取更統一的方式來監管大型國際科技公司。
來自兩大洲的高級內閣官員在啟動一個新的論壇——美國-歐盟貿易和技術委員會（US-EU Trade and Technology Council）時，還承諾在篩選敏感兩用技術出口管制和開發人工智能上的投資方面進行合作。
這份聲明沒有提到中國，但表示：「我們團結一致，繼續保護我們的企業、消費者和工人免受不公平貿易行為的傷害，特別是那些破壞世界貿易體系的非市場經濟體的行為。」
