簡單地跟大家分享一下。這對兄弟是黑人白子，在1900年代，由於非常少見，於是他們有一天就被某馬戲團老闆誘拐，然後就開始了他們的猴子人生。他們表演的時候，被聲稱是是介於猴子跟人類之間的生物，被迫表演吃生肉跟當眾咬斷蛇的頭。在表演多年後再回到家鄉表演，他們的媽媽看到兩兄弟，馬上起訴馬戲團，在律師的幫忙下，他們跟馬戲團再度簽下較公平的合約，也不用再吃奇怪的東西，然後還可以寄錢回家給媽媽。他們一直表演到1950年左右退休，兩兄弟一個在1978年心臟病發死亡，另一個則一直活到2001年，享年108歲。

The biggest oil spill in Ecuador in more than a decade has created a crisis within a crisis for Indigenous peoples living in the Amazon. Hiding in their territories to escape infection from coronavirus, hundreds of indigenous communities are now cut off from fresh food and water because their rivers have been contaminated with crude oil.
Today they’re fighting back-- affected Indigenous families, local and regional indigenous organizations have filed a lawsuit demanding the Ecuadorian government and oil companies provide adequate cleanup and remedies for affected communities, as well as repair/relocate the pipelines to avoid future spills. Northwestern Ecuador was not what I had expected at all. Despite a US travel advisory over safety and crimes, I found that Esmeraldas was the most friendly city that I've ever visited. I wish I knew more Spanish... like father Xavier. He is a Vietnamese man from Lam Dong Province who has lived in Ecuador for four years. This vlog is just a preview and also my last day showcasing what I did and how I traveled from Esmeraldas to Orange County. The priest and I went to Muisne to visit his two fellow Indonesian priests and then I flew to Quito where my flight was delayed until morning. When I got into Dallas, I found out that my friend Alex from highschool was still there because he missed his flight. I also missed my connecting flight to Los Angeles because the one hour layover was not enough to clear immigration and retrieve my bags and clear customs. I made it to Los Angeles soon after where I met up with my long time college buddy Aaron. I haven't seen him in a long time. Then I went home and slept. Stay tuned for the full Vietnamese Man in Ecuador documentary coming up! Please be patient with me.

Cantonese style roast duck and crispy roast pork served in steamed Chinese buns, and topped with thinly sliced cucumbers, scallions and sweet hoisin sauce.
Siu yuk (Chinese: 燒肉 / 火肉 literally: "roast meat") is a variety of siu mei, or roasted meat dishes, in Cantonese cuisine. It is made by roasting an entire pig with seasoning in a charcoal furnace at high temperature. Roasted pigs of high quality have crisp skin and juicy and tender meat. Usually the meat is served plain, but it is sometimes served with soy sauce or hoisin sauce. When individual pieces are served, it is known as "roasted meat" (Chinese: 燒肉; pinyin: shāo ròu; Cantonese Yale: sīu yuhk). When the entire pig is served, the dish is known as "roasted pig" (Chinese: 燒豬; pinyin: shāo zhū; Cantonese Yale: sīu jyū). In most cases it is referred to by the former term since it is always consumed in small quantities.
Other variations are Hornado in Ecuadorian cuisine, Lechon in Filipino cuisine, and Leitoa a pururuca in Brazilian cuisine.
Peking Duck is a famous duck dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the imperial era. The meat is prized for its thin, crisp skin, with authentic versions of the dish serving mostly the skin and little meat, sliced in front of the diners by the cook. Ducks bred specially for the dish are slaughtered after 65 days and seasoned before being roasted in a closed or hung oven. The meat is eaten with scallion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with pancakes rolled around the fillings. Sometimes pickled radish is also inside, and other sauces (like hoisin sauce) can be used.
