#石油輸出國組織OPEC成立

小時候常常跟APEC搞混的OPEC是石油輸出國組織Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries的縮寫，是一個由13個國家組成的政府間國際組織，於1960年9月14日由五個創始國（伊朗、伊拉克、科威特、沙烏地阿拉伯和委內瑞拉）在巴格達成立。

如今其總部位於奧地利維也納（1965年遷入），目前有13個成員國。截至2019年，OPEC的石油產量占全球產量的38%、全球探明石油儲量的71.8%，可以對先前由「七姊妹」跨國石油公司主導的全球原油價格產生重大影響。

OPEC的既定使命是「協調統一成員國的石油政策與價格、確保石油市場的穩定，以確保為石油消費國提供有效、經濟而穩定的石油供給，為產油國提供適度的尊重和穩定的所得，為石油業投資人提供公平的報酬。」

該組織也積極研究國際石油市場風向，參與發布大量油市動向資訊。目前，OPEC成員有：阿爾及利亞、安哥拉、赤道幾內亞、加彭、伊朗、伊拉克、科威特、利比亞、奈及利亞、剛果共和國、沙烏地阿拉伯（實際領導者）、阿聯和委內瑞拉。前成員有：厄瓜多、印度尼西亞和卡達。

OPEC的成立標誌著國家對自然資源主權的轉折點，其決策在全球石油市場和國際關係中發揮了重要作用，在戰爭或內亂導致石油供給中斷時特為尤甚。20世紀70年代，石油生產的限制導致石油價格暴增、OPEC賺得盆滿缽滿，也給全球經濟帶來長遠的影響。在80年代，OPEC開始為其成員國制定生產目標：一般來說是通過減少石油產量使價格上漲。該組織2008年和2016年的裁決減少了供過於求的石油供給。

For the latest CNN Marketplace Asia, I talk to Green Monday CEO David Yeung about vegan Spam, plant-based fish, and why we need to take meat off the menu.

Yeung is a pioneer of the plant-based movement who is exporting his company's green alternatives worldwide with a popular vegan "Spam" called OmniPork. With backing from high-profile investors including director James Cameron as well as $70 million in its latest round of financing, Green Monday has introduced 's plant-based meats to 20 countries and has launched a new line of plant-based seafood.

"People are actually very surprised that 73% of global seafood consumption happens in Asia," he tells me. "The problem with the ocean is that we cannot just fish endlessly."

Yeung believes shifting Asia and the world to a more sustainable diet is crucial to our common survival.

does anyone know how to fix this?
i use mp3 audio file as main channel with two cameras. I am editing/exporting on a laptop, MSI GL75, doing this on scratch disk, 1tb 7200rpm
