[TAIPEI - 阿城鵝肉 / Acheng Goose 😋]
在米其林公佈的這天，有很多餐廳得星都覺得可再相確， 但這間今年剛上必比登的專門店，我也認同和喜愛...讓我對小紅書的可靠性輓回了點分數。
這間以前有寫過所以它的菜不多説。每次有外地朋友來台北都會帶他們來早午餐(被免排隊)。這𥚃的菜選擇不多，但還是夠坐下來吃一段時間什至配酒小酌，不用像吃牛肉麵，豬腳，麵線等小吃15分鐘吃完就要走人。當天就有旁邊的四五桌中午已在喝高粱。很有必比登食店應有的氛圍。
On the day of Michelin announcement, whether some restaurants deserve their stars are really debatable. But this newly awarded Bib Gourmand Goose Specialty Shop, I can’t agree more and start to get some credit back to the red book!
I’ve introduce the food here before so I’ll not elaborate this time. What I want to highlight is every time when visitors come to Taipei, I’ll bring them here for early lunch (to avoid the long queue). There are only limited dish selections but sufficient to have a full meal and spend a bit of time enjoying and you wouldn’t get too full for the next stop for more food after here, of course it’s even better if to pair with a few bottles of wines. You also don’t need to rush out like beef noodles, pork knuckles joints where you finish within 15mins and need to leave.
There were 4-5 tables already drinking Taiwan’s national rice wines (~58% alcohol level) in a few tables next to ours during lunch. Very good Bib Gourmand atmosphere!
