不一定人人明白的「畏高症」事情：

間中出外工作，都有機會被邀請參與一些刺激的旅遊體驗，玩水、行山，這些體力勞動的，完全沒問題，但有一種活動我是絕對不能接觸的，就是高空活動。跳傘、笨豬跳、索道飛行，我一概不能。我不知道是因為我小時候從來沒有玩過，所以到長大後再也沒有勇氣嘗試，還是我真的太畏高。沒有畏高症的朋友你可能不會明白 - 當畏高的人只要從高空往下看，就會有種靈魂出竅的感覺，甚至腳軟、頭暈，開始會幻想假如自己跌下去的情形。不騙你，真的超可怕。

過去我的畏高症非常嚴重，在高樓大廈的露台也站不過10秒，有些人甚至連飛機也不能乘搭。我相信這種痛苦，只有自己才知道。最近，我到了德島位於祖谷溪谷的Forest Adventure，它是一個設置很多繩網，專玩高空活動的空間，在日本有不少分店。這裡更有一個飛越山谷的超長ZIPLINE(360長, 高50米)，對上一次玩類似活動，已經是我小學六年級教育營的時候吧⋯

這多年來非常困擾我的畏高症，我一直也很想克服。本來我真的很想逃走，不參與這次活動，但我嘗試說服自己，終於獻出了第一次。爬上九米高台，我已經不敢再往下看，我告訴自己，腳下什麼都沒有，只要向前看就可以了。想不到，與其思考，情願不思考。只需要看着前方一個目標就可以。我一邊走一邊說髒話，令緊張的心情有所緩和。終於，我完成了最低的第一級，但最後的索道環節，當大家都玩得非常興奮之際，我卻是一直閉着眼睛的。

這天我完成了第一級，已經花了無比勇氣。雖然只是簡單的關卡，但玩完後，我已身心俱疲。本來掙扎著和各位一起挑戰更高更難的第三、四級，但心理上我負荷不了。不過，這件事的兩星期後，我拉着日本男的手說，我想下次一起再去Forest Adventure，如果有你陪我的話，我相信可以再完成下一層的挑戰，然後將來再玩索道飛行又好、滑翔傘又好。真的，我希望有一天，逐步能慢慢克服可怕的畏高症，雖然不知道是否真的可以，但我會努力。

小布我第一次挑戰叢林探險，我本來以為這是一個很驚險刺激的遊戲，但這根本是極限體能王的平民版吧？ 難怪每一個指導員都這麼精瘦， 我真是羨慕死了。😭😭

它不像泰國清邁的滑索體驗，每顆樹上都會有一位指導員，forest adventure挑戰之前需要參加安全指導解說，過程當中確保工作需要自己做，每個人在示範體驗區試玩一次，才正式上場。(還要簽類似切結書的東西)😱

我們的指導員是一個很帥的日本男生， 一路都陪著我們闖關。

小布：「我們教練好瘦喔！」

朋友說：「日本先生說我們的教練很帥。」

小布：「對人妻來說教練帥不帥根本不重要，如果我跑完這四條路線，能跟教練一樣瘦，才是最重要的。」🤣🤣🤣

我的33％體脂肪，能不能分10％給他呀！ 每天來這邊繞一圈，根本不用去健身房啊。

forest adventure 原本就是國外某間企業設計企業研修的場所， 因為太好玩了所以開放給其他人來玩， 現在世界各地共有200多個據點， 沖繩恩納也有一個喔！

這趟行程中最具挑戰性的就是forest adventure 叢林探險，三重縣湯之山這邊是2019年三月才開始營業的，總共有4條挑戰路線，非常有人氣不少是年輕人揪團來，還有父母帶小朋友來玩的。

他有點像是我小時候很喜歡去森林遊樂園玩的那些木頭 遊樂設施， 只是這些設施架高在離地面10公尺左右的樹木上， 而且因地形有難易度， 每個據點所設計的路線都不一樣 每個據點所設計的路線都不一樣 ， 我們這次玩的湯之山共有四條路線。

來挑戰的話盡量穿著輕鬆的衣服和布鞋、帶一套替換的衣服、麻手套，當然這邊也可以租衣服、鞋子，購買手套，租賃的衣服是連身工作服，滑索落地的時候木削才不會用髒自己的衣服。

前面完全沒有人擋住路線的情況下，全程跑完大概要一小時左右，非常具有挑戰性，而且很考驗體力、臂力，也有一點點小小刺激的滑索，日本女生都在上面哇哇叫。

我覺得第一、二條路線相當輕鬆、簡單，第三、四條路線有一兩個地方超級考驗臂力，過關的過程中，衣服不知道被汗沾濕了幾回~超過癮!!!
跑完四條路線我都覺得我變瘦了呢!!!

小布：「我有沒有瘦了10公斤」🤣🤣🤣
郭小寶：「有啊！我跑完兩條都瘦8公斤了。」🤣🤣🤣

What is forest bathing? How is it done, and how is it good for you? In celebration of International Day of Forests 2021, our team made this mini film on an increasing popular form of therapy called forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a wellness practice that started in Japan in the early 1980s.

We invited a bunch of friends to experience this unique activity that’s said to have a vast number of benefits, right here in Singapore. Led by You Min, a certified nature and forest therapy guide from Xiu Nature Connections (@forestbathingsg), here’s how it went.

If you're planning to travel around Kyoto, Osaka, or Nara Japan, these are my recommendations.
Even though I was born in Japan, I still enjoy visiting the Kansai Region for it's authenticity unlike Tokyo. I was managed to do all this within 4 days with the help of my friends, and it was honestly one of the most memorable experience. Although the outbreak of Covid 19 (Coronavirus) has hit Japan hard, the cities are functioning like they used to, and it is safe to travel if you wear masks and try to escape the crowd.

The places we visited are, Murou Art Forest, Namba, Tenma, Nara Park, Ukimidou Nara Park, Ninenzaka, Yasaka Pgoda, Gion, Kennninji Temple, and Kyotango.

This is a vlog about me shooting Nara and Kyoto in a day. From the famous deer in Nara park, to relaxing temples of Kenninji Temple, both places represent a very authentic side of Japan.

Kyoto was Japan's initial capital and it is one of the biggest cities in the country with a population of 1.5 million people. There are countless temples and historical structures in this city, along with many locations great for videos and photos such as Fushimi Inari, Arashiyama Bamboo forest, Gion, and many more.
Nara is located somewhere in the middle of Osaka and Kyoto, which only takes an hour on the train to visit. It has some of Japan's oldest temples and you can get some really local experiences once you go off the track.
