#notdrunk but I lied.... Almost forgot to mention that @bellbirddining in @casulapowerhouse serves one and only Archi Rose Gin cocktail 🌹🍹 that costs only $12 😍 ! This deliciousness is slightly sweet and super refreshing because it has honey and #Verjuice (highly acidic juice made by pressing unripe grapes 🍇 , crab-apples 🍏 or other sour fruit 🍋 )

呢間喺tst p3 出口側邊 既la base 主打係cocktail裝修感覺係優閒主題 充滿住broadgame而且所有職員 都有禮同好用心講解食物飲品 所以坐低時我感覺幾好😆 聽番佢地講 呢度既bartender原來有17 年經驗 有一位仲係上年代表香港參加雞尾酒比賽攞獎 聽落好勁😄 甘當然要試試佢既cocktail啦 😆 我好鬼鍾意menu上面 佢各式既cocktail都精心製作 夏天仲有特別menu 🍸 而且用既成份幾啱香港人 好似火龍果 奶茶 艾草之類 幾細心👍🏻
此外 佢每晚6半至9半都有280 蚊任食串燒 都幾抵食 🔥 豬頸肉 粟米 韭菜 秋葵 豬頸肉 腸仔🐷 茄子🍆 翠肉瓜🥒 豬腩肉 雞肉 🐤 薯角炸雞等等應有盡有 坦白講 燒既味道一般😂 但甘係抵食既 而呢d熱氣野係啱襯啤酒 🍺 所以我覺得可以叫下啤叫下cocktail甘都ok
我就點左杯 house黑啤 belgain crafted 🍺 口感偏厚 果味香 甜甜地甘 都幾襯熱氣野🔥 跟住講番cocktail 🍸

自製既伯爵茶gin已經好驚喜☕ 雖然望住個list飲 但其實唔係好肯定嗰d係咪茶味 . 但佢個外表 揾玻璃cup住d乾冰煙 ❄一開出黎觀賞度十足 杯野紅色 一睇就知係火龍果蓉 加上 荔枝甜酒同檸檬汁 酸甜開胃有層次感 🍋 側邊嗰杯乾冰水係玫瑰水黎 🌹 望到去香感覺舒服 再飲杯野 perfect 😄
