今天不談他的過去，因為他崛起出道的時候我還不知道在哪邊玩沙玩水。所以我幾乎訪問過他所有的小內閣跟他本人之後，才比較有把握可以分析。
網友說不是過年不談政治嗎?對啊，因為他短時間之內只有毫無懸念的新北市長連任，其他都沒有真正牽涉進甚麼競逐大位的空間。他真正的戰爭是在2028年，民進黨籍的總統第一任之後的連任之戰，2022年侯友宜一定連任，但2024年不會代表國民黨出來選總統，因為在台灣游離選民的文化改變之前，2024年國民黨就算派川普出來也選不贏，所以2024年這局選舉根本是板凳時間，2024的選戰看頭只是在賴清德還是鄭文燦出來而已，出來了就會贏。喔對了，我根本沒提柯文哲對吧，因為2024年沒他的局啦，真的有人想聽再說吧。
我用四個字來描述現在的侯友宜，藏鋒求訥。他並不是口才真的不好，他只是沒有政治魅力，但請注意他最近每一次的新聞回應，都算是得體而且沒有侵略性。因為現在不是他嶄露鋒芒的時刻，不知道是不是因為警政體系需要在行政首長帶領之下運作，所以長時間以來他隱忍鋒芒的能力已達化境，他不想說的話根本套不出來。所以對媒體來說他不會是個很有趣的採訪對象，但問題是少說少錯啊!【回看那些妙語如豬的政治人物啊】
他的內閣用人並不突出，但十分穩定。因為這個模式才符合他的【人民的小事，就是政治人物的大事】的風格。新北市府的橫向連結，社福、警政體系橫向連結的很好，當我現場問他認為施政滿意度最重要的部分是甚麼時，他的回答是讓人民睡得好?!這真的不是唬爛，聽他一解釋之後才明白這是有道理的，幾百億的大建設對民眾來講不是那麼重要，民眾要求的是晚上睡得好，出門不被砍，家附近治安好，帝力與我何有哉，然後這樣就滿意了~~~不是東一個科學園區，西一個科學園區可以取代的。
甚至，這也跟學校附近的照明跟清潔程度有關，也跟學校附近的宮廟民政體系拜訪有關，也跟家庭中有人入獄之後的弱勢家庭照顧有關，打起字來很複雜(由於今天沒稿費我就偷懶了，等下直播用講的)，但實際上很簡單，就是破窗理論的應用，但其他市長怎麼都沒想到這件事情呢?(抓頭)
摘自維基百科:破窗效應（英語：Broken windows theory）是犯罪心理學理論，由詹姆士·威爾遜及喬治·凱林提出，刊載於《The Atlantic Monthly》1982年3月版的一篇題為《Broken Windows》的文章上，20世紀90年代，美國紐約市警察局局長威廉·布拉頓和市長魯迪·朱利安尼（英語：Rudy Giuliani，朱註:但他後來變成川普的瘋狂爪牙，這件事情就不多說了哈哈）進一步推廣了這一理論，他們的警務政策受到該理論的影響。在這十年裡，這個城市的犯罪率顯著下降。該理論認為，犯罪、反社會行為和社會混亂的可見跡象創造了一個城市環境，鼓勵進一步的犯罪和混亂，包括嚴重的犯罪，所以，針對輕微犯罪（如破壞公物、公共飲酒和逃票）的警務方法有助於創造一種秩序和法制的氛圍，從而防止更嚴重的犯罪。
以一幢有少許破窗的建築為例，如果那些窗沒修理好，可能將會有破壞者破壞更多的窗戶。最終他們甚至會闖入建築內，如果發現無人居住，也許就在那裡佔領、定居或者縱火。又或想像一條人行道有些許紙屑，如果無人清理，不久後就會有更多垃圾，最終人們會視為理所當然地將垃圾順手丟棄在地上。因此破窗理論強調著力打擊輕微罪行有助減少更嚴重罪案，應該以零容忍的態度面對罪案。
